Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

This apartment is unique in its surroundings, due to the terrace equipped with hammock & barbecue and a beautiful sunrise view (East). Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. Keep in mind the house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our apartment is located between Ajuda Palace and Belém Palace, with all kinds of shops, restaurants and transports nearby. We have two spacious terraces with a fantastic river view where you can have your meals and enjoy a beautiful sunset! We are 10 minutes walking distance from Belém and its main points of interest. In Belém you can also take the train to Cascais beaches and bus or tram to Cais do Sodré and Baixa (Downtown).
