Holiday rentals in Algorta, Elexalde

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is lovely and furnished with guests comforts in mind. The communication was excellent and personal. It's a beautiful interesting area . Quiet yet just a short stroll to beach and restaurants. Easy to hop on metro into city centre on rainy days. We traveled as a family and were delighted by the high number of playgrounds. nearby cafe called La Fiambrera was very diligent around my food allergies. Highly recommend. Eskerrik asko!

The floor is just as described. Very clean and nice. The three rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large and they gave it to us with shampoo, gel and paper rolls, which in other apartments they leave nothing. In addition, they had the courtesy of leaving us bottles of water, chocolates and coffee capsules, which is appreciated for the first day, when arriving from a long trip. When we return to the area, we will definitely repeat in this apartment, we had a great time.

beautiful apartment, very well located between the metro 2 steps away ( no noise disturbance despite the immediate proximity) and the sea ( beaches, port) 5 min walk. The accommodation is of high quality, very functional and bright.

This apartment was booked at late notice at a very busy time. It was even nicer and more spacious than we had anticipated. Patricia was easily the most helpful and communicative host I've ever had. Nothing was too much trouble, she gave so much help, support and advice throughout our stay and made everything work perfectly, even leaving us some fantastic local food and drinks for our arrival. Getxo is a fantastic small town and we visited some of Patricia's excellent local recommendations as well as visiting Bilbao which was easily accessible on the metro. Would highly recommend the apartment and such a fantastic host, I hope to return at some point in the future and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you Patricia!

The accommodation is ideally located to enjoy the family holidays: bay view, 2 beaches within walking distance, shops and restaurants also within walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet. Silvia gave us lots of good places and tips for children. The apartment is very nice and very well equipped.

Great place for exploring Bilbao and the whole coastline from San Sebastián to Santander. The appartment had everything we needed with lots of things (especially in the kitchen) you don’t always get in an Airbnb. The living room/diner was especially good for the whole family to spread out in. And it was a nice touch to have accounts on Disney, Netflix etc all logged in and ready to go (not that we ended up watching much TV as so much else to do). Beaches, shops, pintxos places all a short walk away. And very easy to get into town on the metro or out of town in the car. Minor points - the parking is not for the faint hearted, but then squeezing a car into a space with a few centimetres either side is pretty standard for Spain in my experience! And the bedrooms were quite hot at night so we bought some mini fans. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed at 3 Airbnb places in Donostia, Getxo, and Santander. I can confidently say that Elena's place in Getxo was the best Airbnb that I have been to so far. She and her husband Fernando were the most welcome hosts, and Fernando gave us a ride to pick-up and drop-off between downtown Bilbao and Getxo, which is over 30 min drive. Elena has been in the fashion industry, and you can sense her good taste right away just entering the place, in selecting good amenities for guests. Everything was selected and arranged with much detail and care for guests. I really enjoyed staying at her place. I strongly recommend anyone who visits Bilbao and around to stay at her house. Thanks to Elena and Fernando for offering good experiences.

Igone, was an amazing host. Took the trouble to meet us off the metro and had prepared us a hamper filled with goodies. I can’t recommend enough.
