不建议自驾游的房客预定，因为附近免费停车位非常紧张！并且房子位于古城保护区，禁止车辆随意进入！！！房子位于阿利坎特市中心风景最美的古老街道，网红打卡必到之地，在圣巴巴拉城堡半山腰，面朝大海，春暖花开。房子有两个房间，一个客厅，一个厨房，一个带淋浴的卫生间。房子是底层的独立住宅，有将近一百年的历史，经过了翻新改造。我们保证每一次都会认真打扫卫生，换洗床上用品。厨房提供电磁炉，烤箱，微波炉，咖啡机以及其他厨房用品。浴室提供两条大毛巾和两条小毛巾。房子在城堡下面的山坡上，因为在市中心，附近没有免费停车位,但是距离房子走路四分钟之内有地下收费停车场。房子在地势较高的山坡上，景色非常优美，但是不一定适合年老以及体弱房客和带婴儿的房客使用，因为有十几个台阶。从街道的楼梯往上走可以到达雄伟的圣芭芭拉城堡的最高处，俯瞰整个城市，往下走十分钟就是迷人的海滩，大教堂，市政厅。。。。。出租车可以到达街道的入口。我们设置的入住时间是下午三点，我们会尽量在两点之前让您入住。

La Casita de la Vieja Sirena is just a short walk to the beach, without having to cross any streets. Newly renovated, it has AC, fiber Wi-Fi, a mini pool, a terrace, new beds, and the double bed is king size. It is a quiet beach area, close to restaurants, supermarkets and other services. The beach is pebbled to the sea's edge, then it's sand. Very close walking and by car there are beaches totally of sand.

The Villa is located in a quiet residential area 10 min away from the Beach. With a pool, a gorgeous garden and a bbq pit, the house is the perfect place to enjoy the Spanish sun with the family.
