Homer - Tindari - Historic Center

Apartment in the historic center of Tindari. The village is very quiet and welcoming, characterized by small houses piled on the remains of the Greek/Roman city. The house faces north/west overlooking the archaeological area and the Tyrrhenian Sea with the island of Vulcano on the horizon. To the south, you can see the Nebrodi and Etna. Behind the Tindari promontory are two unique bathing points, the wonderful beach of the Marinello l'Isola di Vulcano lakes and the Mongiove caves.

From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach, and the Tindari promontory.

On the first floor of the Villa degli Armatori is this beautiful studio with a private entrance that enjoys a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and islands. Casa Pomice – Private terrace 1 min. from the sea

Casa Pomice is located on the parallel of the promenade, a stone's throw from the beach, in the seaside hamlet of Canneto. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, bakery, bar and continuing along the promenade small shops and places to eat. Two minutes away is the terminal of the bus that connects Canneto to the port and the center of Lipari (3 km). Connections are available until late evening in summer, at other times only during the day.

The property is set within a large private estate, ensuring total silence, privacy, and relaxation. At night, with no surrounding lights, you can admire the entire Milky Way, and if you're lucky, even touch the falling stars. The moon rises directly from the sea right in front of the terrace — a truly magical sight.

It is down a side street to the main road traveling from the port to the village center. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, families with children and furry friends (pets)

The villa sits on 4 hectares of land, immersed in Mediterranean scrub, bordered by the sea on one side and the liparo hills on the other. It consists of an accommodation center with a separate entrance, outdoor spaces, garden and typical Aeolian terraces.
