Fully furnished upstairs apartment with beautiful view, spacious balcony and inside there is a lot of space in a clean interior. Each bedroom has a double bed (160x200) with private shower and toilet. The house is equipped with all conveniences such as wifi, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc. Included in the price: electricity 20 KWH / day (approximately 8 hours of air conditioning and normal use of other equipment). Costs for additional consumption of electricity is Euro 0.30/ KWH.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful view of my neighbour’s tropical garden. If you look towards the back of the property you will see green parrots at the top of the trees every morning around 6-7 am. You may also spot the occasional green leguana in the trees or on the fence.
