Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

The Nesting Box is an ideal space to return to and recharge in after “free-ranging” locally. Comfortable, cool, and centrally located to the best of Butler Street. Designers collaborated to maximize the minimal space with creative comforts while experiencing "tiny living". Our shipping container addition led us to have 2 front doors. We welcome guests to our on-street guest suite. Urban family homestead with 2 cats, 2 dogs, and for 5 years 3 chickens that resided with us (recently rehomed).

Hilltop Suite, Quiet Street

Your suite has your own entrance through the back of the house as well as onsite parking in the driveway. You are in your own PRIVATE area that does not join with my living area in any way. Inside, I’ve worked hard to make the space very updated and clean. Amenities include your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove and fridge, a small dining table, a couch, and a comfy queen bed. It is approximately 15 mins to all main universities and the city center.

This is a finished basement in my house with its own entry way. Being below ground helps keep things cool in the summer. Off-street parking pad available in back of house (look for small Amish shed). Safe, quiet, and family-oriented neighborhood minutes from the Zoo, Highland Park, and downtown!

In-law suite in quiet upscale neighborhood. I call it Cima Palazzo or Mansion on the Hill. Italian decor. Access to a hot tub and backyard pool. My wife and I live in the main house. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (which is accessible by going through master bedroom), a full kitchen with modern appliances and a living area. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a beautiful skylight. Access to a laundry room that is shared with the owner.

Located in the central and convenient neighborhood of Squirrel Hill, close to CMU, University of Pittsburgh and Chatham University, right next to Schenley Park and walking distance (only 2 blocks) to all the cafes, restaurants, shops, movie theater and local amenities of our amazing neighborhood. Downtown Pittsburgh is only 10-12 minutes drive.
