Come enjoy our lovely home with a bright, open flow, two living and dining rooms plus a bonus 3-season room! Bedrooms include a king sized bed and two queen beds. Our home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood in NE Ft. Wayne. It is blocks from Kroger grocery, 3 miles from Concordia Seminary, 3 miles from IPFW and 2 miles from beautiful Shoaff Park and golf course. It is a newly renovated property and we enjoy frequent stays ourselves. FIRMLY, NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EVENTS policy.

The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house.

It is close to parks, trails, and a shopping center and is less than 15 minutes from downtown! Close to main roads.
