Old house completely renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

Our cottage La Marceline, furnished in 2020, is located in a detached house facing south, open to a beautiful wooded area, in the heart of a small village. The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!

Chaignepain Cottages – Les Vignes – 2-bed cottage

Les Vignes - 2 bedroom gite with a small vine covered patio area with garden furniture & a charcoal BBQ. You enter into the open plan kitchen, lounge, diner with exposed stone walls and log burner. On the first floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom as well as a bathroom with a shower. Full of rustic character and recently refreshed and furnished with luxury in mind. Access to shared 10x5m pool and communal games/leisure facilities.

Situated in a renovated barn in the heart of our caprine farm. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful setting in the countryside, this place is ideal for relaxing moments for families or groups of friends. Our cottage has been carefully arranged to offer all the comforts you need for your stay. With spacious and bright spaces, it can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people. Every moment spent here is an invitation to disconnect and conviviality.

Our beautifully renovated two bedroomed gite with a private 8m x 4m pool is situated in the heart of the French countryside in beautiful south west France. It is located in a small hamlet but is within easy reach of the lovely market towns of Melle, Sauze entre Bois, Chef Boutonne, Ruffec and Civray with all the amenities: Supermarkets, boulangeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.

Completely renovated by us a few years ago and recently updated to welcome you, this 80 m2 house for 5 people is waiting for you, for your vacations, weekends with friends or business trips.
