Apartment holiday rentals in Almaty

You must stay at this apartment when you visit Almaty. It is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location is absolutely prefect as it it located very close to the two main pedestrian streets in Almaty. It is also within walking distance to the Central Mosque, Green Bazaar, Rakhat's Chocolate Factory, Ascension Cathedral, and the metro station. The host is very responsible and even scheduled a taxi to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment.

Хорошая уютная квартира с шикарным видом на горы. Мягкая кровать, достаточное кол-во посуды. Рядом несколько магазинов, кафе. Из минусов - плохая звукоизоляция двери, из-за чего хорошо слышно лифтовой механизм и периодический шум в коридоре.

2 gün konakladığımız bu evde herşey vardı. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi. Türkçe bilen bir çalışan vardı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Evin konumu güzeldi yürüme mesafesinde veya taksiye 1-2 dolar ödeyip turistik noktalara gidebileceğiniz konumda. Önünde bir mc donalds vardı bu çok işimizi gördü , gece 12-1 gibi girişlerde çevre çok güvenli rahatlıkla kalabilirsiniz

The 1 BHK apartment is located on the 13th floor of a modern and good looking building complex right above the Nedelka Cafe, which is in the heart of Almaty. The apartment is exactly as described by the host. Beautiful views of the city and the mountains greeted us from the windows. It also has a fast elevator/lift. Many supermarkets and eateries are within walking distance. The host is responsive and accommodating. She provided us with a can of drinking water when we arrived at 1 AM! They even have a portable bidet. A few more glasses would be a nice addition. Overall we would love to come back.

We had a great stay in Almaty. The apartment is very large and modern. We received helpful instructions the day before so the place was really easy to find, which was very helpful as we arrived quite late. The only thing is that there was no bottled water provided - this would have been really helpful as we arrived late at night and the tap water is not drinkable.

Very convenient location. excellent mountain ( Koktobe) view form the room. The apartment is in 13th floor and a has two elevators operating simultaneously. The administrator Karashash is very responsive. whenever we need to know about anything, Karashash responded immediately in a minute. He instructions and advice were accurate. Before checking in they would provide every single details thoroughly. The room is neat and clean. Bathroom is clean too. An airconditioner is provided one should use it if it's required. many enteries are around. The famous Navat restaurant ca magnum super market is just on the ground floor, lots of coffeeshops, and an Indian restaurant is very nearby. Currency exchange is opposite to the building. Green bazar / arbat street takes 20 minutes from here by Taxi. everything is so convenient. ,we had an excellent memorable stay there I'm Almaty. Thank you Karashash & Acel.

This apartment is located at a great area near the center of the city. Apartment was very clean and new and the host is accommodating, helpful and responsive. Will definitely recommend and book again if I'm in Almaty!

Bolat is an amazing host. Check in process was very smooth. Property is exactly as mentioned in the photos. It is very neat and clean. Bolat has been super responsive all the time. Apartment is located in a residential complex so it is very safe and secure. Easily accessible to all locations. Will definitely recommend this properly if you are visiting Almaty.

Очень рады, что выбрали именно эту квартиру!!! Потрясающее расположение, все рядом. Невероятно отзывчивые хозяева , полностью сопровождали, помогли провести оплату, заранее узнали во сколько заселимся, прислали питьевую воду доставкой!!! Сама квартира абсолютно чистая и такая большая! Будет рекомендовать всем друзьям и сами еще приедем!!!

Недавно мы вдвоём на неделю остановились у Татьяны. Квартира довольно просторная, светлая, уютная и самое главное чистая. Квартира хорошо оборудована и есть все самое необходимое. Особенно хочу отметить, что хозяйка квартиры нас встретила, все показала, объяснила и помогла с регистрацией. К сожалению, среди тех, которые сдают квартиры эта большая редкость. Very happy with the stay. Great host that was very accommodating and easy to work with. No surprises and no issues. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here to be walking distance to the best parts of Almaty.

Мы с подругой остановились в квартире Максима на неделю и хотели бы выразить большую благодарность за чистоту, уют, приятный интерьер и функциональность квартиры. Нам было комфортно и отдыхать (тихо) и работать (быстрый бесперебойный интернет). Квартира находится в прекрасном районе, неподалеку, в пешей доступности, располагается Ботанический сад неописуемой красоты, всевозможные магазины, хорошие ресторанчики и кафе. Например, буквально в двух шагах располагается кафе Vivienne, где работают приятные ребята, которые вкусно варят кофе :) Мы ходили к ним завтракать, завтраки и десерты были прекрасны. Максим всегда на связи и готов помочь, если возникают вопросы. Всё было замечательно!

The unit is in a Khrushchev building which is still very common in Almaty. But the location is very good and most importantly the unit itself is well refurbished and cleaned. The host is very responsive and helpful.

저는 부모님을 모시고 알마티를 여행한 한국인입니다. 알마티에서 3곳의 에어비앤비를 사용했습니다. 호화로운 신축 아파트, 저렴한 아파트 모두 숙박해봤고 이곳이 최고라고 말씀드립니다. 에어비앤비의 사업 취지에 가장 알맞는 곳입니다. 내 집처럼 편안하게, 현지의 친구집에 놀러간것처럼 마음 놓이게 해줍니다. 호스트 가장 친절한 호스트입니다. 현지인 친구처럼 저희를 편안하게 대해주고, 체크인할때 대면으로 직접 도와줍니다. 엘레베이터가 없는 3층까지 무거운 캐리어를 옮겨주었습니다. 기존에 저녁 7시에 체크인 예정이라고 알려드렸고, 계획이 변경되어 빠른 체크인을 급하게 요청드렸습니다. 아씨 고원 투어를 마친후라 피곤했는데 감사하게도 빠르게 대응해주셨고 이른 시간에 체크인후 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호스트를 대면하는것에 대해서 부담을 느끼는 사람들도 있겠지만, 호스트가 인상이 좋고 선한 사람입니다. 부끄러움이 많은 사람들도 불편함없이 만날 수 있으니 걱정할 필요없습니다. 지나치지 않은 적당함으로 예의를 갖추어서 저희를 대해줍니다. 위치 주요 관광 명소까지 도보로 상당부분 다닐 수 있습니다. 저는 걷는것을 좋아해서 20분 거리까지도 걸어다니기 때무에 대부분의 도심지를 자유로이 다닐 수 있었습니다. 편의시설 아파트 1층에 24시간 식료품점이 있습니다. 모든 식료품을 갖추었고, Caspi ATM과 친절한 직원까지 있습니다. 정말 최고입니다. 실내 감각적인 디자인이 돋보입니다. 벽에걸린 그림과 사진들이 모두 아름답습니다. 편하게 앉을 수 있는 부드럽고 편한 의자도 있습니다. 모든 침실에 에어컨이 있고 잘 작동합니다. 화장실도 아주 쾌적합니다. 세면대 하부 선반에 보관하고 있는 위생용품만 봐도 얼마나 관리를 철저히 하는지 알 수 있습니다. 친절함 저희를 위해 초콜릿을 선물해주셨습니다. 더운 날씨에 샴푸, 세제, 물을 직접 구비하러 뛰어다녔습니다. 미안할 정도로 친절합니다. 다음에 또 알마티에 오게 된다면 저는 이곳에 다시 올것입니다.
