Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro - Douro House

Casa do Douro is part of a group of houses located in Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro. Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. It has a generous balcony with a table, next to the living room with a fantastic view of the Douro River, widely used for meals and at the end of the day. Visit a traditional Douro Valley estate!

Quinta Vila Rachel is located in the Natural Park of Vale do Tua, in the heart of the Douro Region, with an activity focused on wine tourism and the production of natural and organic wines. The house is located on a farm with vineyards, fruit trees, aromatic herbs and a vegetable garden. On the farm, there is an infinity pool and a tree house that delights children. Nearby is the House of Eça de Queiroz, the Paths of Jacinto, the Arêgos Thermal Baths and the Douro River.

Located at the foothills of Serra da Estrela mountains, the house offers a calm and relaxing ambience inviting guests to nature's contemplation.Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can enjoy the pool in summer, barbacue, bikes and children's playground.In winter, you can enjoy the sound of the fireplace and the snow on the mountain. On request, adult and child bikes can be dispensed.

My place is close to the Teja dam (Terrenho - Trancoso); Solar dos Brasis; Senhora da Lapa (Sernancelhe); Rock Art (Vila Nova de Foz Côa); Douro River. You'll love my place because it's quiet, has good access to rural areas with a pleasant view over chestnut groves and agricultural lands. The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
