Monte de São Jorge

Monte de São Jorge is a 1-hectare property located in the lower Alentejo region, 1 km from the village of Palheiros and 5 km from the village of Ourique. With a strong connection to horseback riding, the hill has a riding arena and horses. On the hill, we can enjoy the calm of the countryside, the landscape, the superb sunsets and the incredible starry skies. To the west, we can enjoy the Alentejo coast, and to the south, the Algarve, where we find magnificent beaches.

Welcome to the "Quinta Rústica": our cozy traditional country house in nature! Whether for vacation or workation – our 2nd home is our favorite place for it. Old Houses - Tavern House

In Monte do Beringelinho, an isolated hill in the middle of the Alentejo plain, Casa da Taberna was the old tavern of the mountain. Casa da Taberna was completely remodeled trying to keep the original rusticity of Alentejo houses, adding to it the comfort provided by the current materials, equipment and construction methods. An ideal place to rest, go on walks to the discovery of the Alentejo plain or looking for steep birds.

Old Houses - Casa da Taipa

On Monte do Beringelinho, an isolated hamlet in the middle of the Alentejo plain, Casa da Taipa was the home of the owners of the old Beringelinho tavern. The house Casa da Taipa was completely remodelled, trying to preserve the original rusticity of Alentejo houses, adding the comfort provided by current materials, equipment and construction methods. The rammed earth wall that adorns the kitchen is a good example of this.

Quinta dos Sonhos

Fully restored villa next to the quiet Aldeia dos Fernandes, with three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Common spaces include kitchen, living room, a toilet, all outdoor space with saltwater pool, barbecue and surrounding garden. Villa with a maximum capacity of 8 people sharing the same space. Great for resting, celebrating New Year's Eve, enjoying the calm and tranquility of the Alentejo. (Price per couple 150 euros).

Monte do Castelejo, Pato Real House

Monte do Castelejo is composed of a group of three houses perfectly inserted in the rural landscape of Baixo Alentejo and which, in addition to good moments of leisure, intends to offer its guests the benefits of the peace and quiet of Alentejo. In addition to the own swimming pool, in the area the guests can also enjoy important bird-watching and hiking trails, some hunting reserves and the excellent local cuisine.

Comfy Room in the Hills of Serra do Caldeirão

Enjoy a fully equipped private room in the small Hamlet of "Corte Figueira Mendonça" in the Hills of "Serra do Caldeirão" in Southern Portugal, about 50mins drive from Faro Airport and the famous Algarve Beaches. The room has a comfy king-size bed, wardrobe, designated work desk, armchair and a window offering natural light. The bathroom is shared with the host, always kept clean.

Relax in our garden with swimming pool and savor breakfast with regional products. All our rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. In the building, there is a kitchenette and a shared dining room. Stroll through the local market, explore the plain and the mountains, and let yourself be invaded by the images and smells. The room in question does not allow an extra bed or crib.
