Holiday rentals with a patio in Alphen aan den Rijn

Great area, classic Dutch apartment. Maybe a little bit of the value for the money.

Very friendly hosts with a nicely renovated apartment in the basement of their house near the beach with its great beach bars. We were greeted with wine and chocolate. If you (like us) want to arrive by electric car, there are charging stations just 50 meters further along the same street. Very pleasant! Thank you so much for everything, Danielle and Mike!

The stay was beautiful. The apartment is so lovingly furnished that you feel right at home. There were three of us on vacation with a dog and we had more than enough space. The cleanliness of the accommodation was phenomenal, even the smallest details were taken care of. Within not even 5 minutes you were on the beach, perfect location. Sandra is a very sweet and accommodating hostess. We felt right at home. Our dog also received a gift. Everything went as smoothly as possible. We definitely look forward to coming back!

Beautiful apartment and very clean. Dionne and Ulis are very friendly. They personally welcomed us and gave us a tour. We were even able to arrive a little earlier, which was very nice for us. After that, we didn't need them anymore because everything had been thought of for our short stay. And even more.. With its own entrance, it felt like our own house for a while. The air conditioning works so well that after a hot day it cooled down in a few minutes. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious coffee and breakfast and in the kitchen everything was at hand For us the most pleasant Airbnb experience so far Dionne and Ulis have given us a carefree and pleasant stay in Gouda

Martine & Robert's studio in Noordwijk is super cozy and has a great location!🤩 There's nothing missing and Martine was always available for questions. Highly recommended for a nice break for two or alone. Parking is within walking distance and the beach is outstanding☀️

Beautiful and tastful decorated house in a perfect location! Highly recommended! We stayed for 4,5 month and felt like home from the first day on. Maayke & Bauke were wonderful hosts!

Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

We had a lovely stay at Chantal's beautiful house, lots of charm and tastefully decorated with quality amenities. Chantal is a responsive and very kind host.

Joan's and Hans's place was great, beautiful views of the lake, and in a quiet area, we spent a lot of time outside, we were lucky and had extremely nice weather. It is so centrally located, only a short distance from Amsterdam, Gouda, Utrecht and Rotterdam. Joan was very helpful and accommodating, we could not have had a better host.

Excellent, well kept , modern apartment with easy access. We visited with our young daughter and faced no issues. Parking is available nearby and the location is amazing with both the shopping street and beach easily accessible at a walking distance. The apartment is well furnished. Totally recommended.

Great location for activities (visit Rotterdam, Leiden, The Hague, Gouda) Anne and Bart warm hosts with many tips. Bicycle maps also in the accommodation. Unfortunately, the national road was directly on the property.

The cottage in Warmond is ideally located in a community surrounded by beautiful fields, walking and biking trails, and a train station. Petra kindly welcomed us and helped us with local information.

The three of us booked the place for 8 days and had enough space. It is an older townhouse with 3 floors, downstairs living room, kitchen, toilet, on the 1st floor bathroom with bathtub/shower and extra room with 90 cm bed and on the 2nd floor the larger bedroom with 160 cm bed and bathroom with shower. From the kitchen it still goes into the conservatory and the terrace behind the house, and also in front of the house is a small terrace. Everything is nicely decorated and clean, we felt right at home. The check-in and check-out was completely uncomplicated via a key box by code. We were able to park the car on the street in front of the house, there was always space. The house is situated in a pleasant residential area with similar other houses. Supermarkets and shops are about 800 meters away, we could always stock up on that. Anna was always available for questions or she even asked herself in between if everything was okay, which was very nice. We would come back!

Lovely place to stay. House as described, very cute and cosy. Very close to bus stop where from you can easily reach Amsterdam city centre. Very good contact with host.

Karen was able to meet us at her house and walked us through. The location is perfect to explore the city. Bus 22 is right in front of the property and can get you to many places. We enjoyed our stay.

Els was very flexible about the arrival. She was extremely accommodating and very very attentive in the form of small amenities such as drinks and snacks. Even bikes were provided to us. We were positively surprised.

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

The apartment worked very well for three of us for a 9-night stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, champagne, and chocolate! The hosts were gracious, proactive, and helpful when we had questions or needs. The space is clean, well-lit, and modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Our daughter declared the sleep sofa the most comfortable she's ever slept on! The entry stairs are steep, but with the sturdy railing and good lighting we felt quite safe on them. The neighborhood has gems for dining and shopping, and you can walk to the City center. A laundromat that takes credit/debit cards is 4 blocks away. Tram stops are close, and they run on a frequent schedule. Parking is limited, so renting a bike is ideal. The bike lanes and traffic signals make it safe and easy to ride throughout the city. Venturing farther is possible by renting an electric car by the hour through the MyWheels app. Their cars are conveniently parked at charging stations around the neighborhood.

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The street is so picturesque and we woke up Saturday to a beautiful linen market! Thankyou for hosting us and for your amazing communications! 🧡🧡

It was an overall very pleasant stay which i enjoyed a lot. Wilma and her family are warm-hearted and absolutely welcoming. The apartment is very nice and exactly as described.
