This beautiful studio is located in the garden of my property down a path at the side of the main house. It is fully self-contained, renovated and fully furnished with a large private deck and it's own private garden. The studio is fully insulated, has a split system heater/ air conditioner, washing machine, TV, good Internet, dining table and stools, comfortable couch, and a super comfortable high quality queen sized bed. It has a kitchenette and separate bathroom.

My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings.
