Au cœur de Kaysersberg en Alsace, nous avons mis tout notre cœur et notre amour pour rénover notre gîte. Pour des vacances en amoureux ou en famille. Le gîte est plein de charme et entièrement équipé, pour accueillir 6 personnes Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Le gîte se trouve au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur Le gite se trouve dans un des plus beaux villages de la route des vins, à 10 min de Colmar, dans le centre historique de kaysersberg. Les réservations sont possibles pour quelques jours, 1 semaine, 1 mois, ... Le tarif est à partir de 2 nuits minimum : possibilité de se garer aux abords du gite. Découvrez le charme d'un appartement en duplex, entièrement rénovée. Avec un balcon vue sur le château. L' appartement de 100 m2, très lumineux est situé au TROISIÈME ÉTAGE de la maison, SANS ASCENSEUR Capacité six personnes. Cuisine équipée : Plaque de cuisson, four et micro-ondes – hotte - cafetière, réfrigérateur, appareil à raclette, barbecue électrique,pierrade, lave vaisselle,presse orange électrique. Salle de bain : douche à l'italienne, sèche cheveux. Laverie : lave linge, sèche linge, étendoir à linge. Coin bureau Chambre 1 : lit double 160 cm Chambre 2 : lit double 160cm Chambre 3: 2 lits simple 80cm possibilité de les coller pour faire un lit double de 160cm. Pièce de vie : canapé, 3 fauteuils, une grande télévision, un lecteur DVD, jeux de sociétés. Les draps et serviettes sont compris dans le prix. Un chèque de caution vous sera demandé et rendu à votre départ si pas de dégradation ou de casse. Si vous souhaitez nous pouvons mettre à votre disposition un lit parapluie et une chaise haute. Les propriétaires seront vous accueillir chaleureusement dans leur gîte spacieux confortable et soigné , vous offrant toutes les garanties d'un séjour agréable. Au départ de nombreux circuits de randonnées, à 15 kms des pistes de ski du Lac Blanc et des crêtes vosgiennes, proche de Colmar, Strasbourg et des villages typiques alsaciens, Kaysersberg est aussi très réputée pour son authentique Marché de Noël, qui commence la dernière semaine de novembre. Dieses Apartment überzeugt vor allem durch eines: den herrlichen Panoramaausblick auf die nahgelegenen Berge. Das ist aber nicht alles, denn die großzügige Wohnung über zwei Stockwerke ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Whirlpool-Badewanne und die größtenteils Zirbenholzbetten laden zum Entspannen ein, ein Babybett und ein Kinderstuhl ist auf Anfrage verfügbar. Alle Zimmer sind lichtdurchflutet und aufgrund der Lage, besonders ruhig. Das Haus besteht aus drei Wohnungen verteilt über vier Etagen. Auf jeder Ebene gibt es mindestens ein Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer und/ oder Wohnzimmer/ Esszimmer. Wir haben selbst schon viele Ferienwohnungen gemietet und haben uns daher an unseren eigenen, eher anspruchsvollen Bedürfnissen orientiert. Bei uns finden Sie eine qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung mit vielen Extras, die wir zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht separat in Rechnung stellen. Einzelzimmer im klassischen Sinne gibt es keine. Dafür aber vielfältigste Schlafmöglichkeiten: - im Dachgeschoß: Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, nutzbar als Doppelbett (Einzelmatratzen, 90*190 mit festem Fußteil) Galerie mit zwei Einzelbetten, nutzbar als Doppelbett (Einzelmatratzen, 90*200) und ein Sofa (nutzbar als Matratzenlager (zwei Schlafplätze, für Kinder je nach Alter auch drei oder vier) Bad mit WC, Whirlpool und Waschmaschine Haustechnikraum (nicht zugänglich für Gäste) Zwei Sitzsäcke - Panoramaetage (2. Darüberhinaus haben wir ein Housekeeping-Team, das nach Absprache und gegebenenfalls gegen Entgelt für weitere Dienstleistungen verfügbar ist. Die nächsten Nachbarn wohnen etwa 200 Meter entfernt, der Ort Alpirsbach selbst beginnt erst etwa nach 700 Metern. Das Haus liegt wunderbar einsam an einem Südhang im Wald mit Blick ins Kinzigtal. Per Auto und Zug kann man wunderbar anreisen, sowohl in Südrichtung als auch Nordrichtung gut erreichbar. Selbst erleben, Bilder können die einzigartige Atmosphäre mitten im Wald und Blick ins Kinzigtal nicht wirklich 1:1 wiedergeben. Wir freuen uns auf Euer Kommen!

It's just 80 meters to the central square, Augustaplatz, with an evangelical church, congress hall, fountains, great restaurants, and a supermarket. Main central Bus station is just in about 100m down the street, on Augustaplatz. It gives you all possible connections, one of which is direct bus line to Railway Station (Bus 201). !!
