Private studio guesthouse in Seaholme. 5 minutes from Altona and 10 minutes from Williamstown. 15 minute walk to Seaholme station, which from here is a 30 minute train ride to the Melbourne CBD. Studio is situated at the rear of our family home with a sperate entrance. Fully equipped with private bathroom, work station and small refrigerator. Access to WIFI included. More than welcome to make use of the swimming pool in the warmer Melbourne months. No kitchen facilities. Strictly no parties.

You will get the entire bright, two bedroom house on its own block. Six minutes walk to Altona train station and a further 4 minute walk to the beach with Cherry lake at the end of the street. 30 minutes train to Melbourne CBD. House offers lots of privacy and off street parking. Foxtel movies to keep you entertained. Excellent central heating and cooling. Dog friendly. Please, no parties, or you will be asked to leave.
