Cabin holiday rentals in Alver

A great, well-equipped and homey cabin. Got a good feeling of being welcome by the way the cabin was prepared. Nothing was missing, and there were ready both towels, shampoo and soaps of different kinds as well as washing powder for dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were ready made and ready, a gesture that we really appreciated. Also WiFi and a large TV were for use. This cabin offers so much with many small cozy details, and can only be highly recommended 😊 There is also a large patio with good seating areas for everyone, and not least Jacuzzi that was ready for use. There is a nice bathing spot nearby which is also recommended. Host Nina met us with a positive and pleasant tone. She responded quickly to inquiry ahead of time, and was available during our stay, if we were wondering about anything. Here we would love to come back😊

We had a fantastic stay at Petter and Gros summer house. We were two families, a total of 6 people and had plenty of space. It's a unique place that's incredibly beautiful right by the water. The house met all expectations. Petter greeted us in the marina on arrival and introduced the house and told us about excursions. There are many beautiful hiking trails within 30 minutes ride by car. Petter was quick to respond to messages and was helpful when we needed. We can only recommend this home and Petter and Gro as hosts.

We spent a few wonderful days here at Radøy. Great location on the apartment, with short distance to nice hiking areas and good fishing opportunities.

The cabin is as described and the surroundings are simply great. Very quiet and beautiful. Nils is very friendly and helpful. He has a lot of information about the area and many tips ready. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you for everything.

Our stay in the cabin was wonderful. The location of the house is breathtaking, with a view over the fjord and in a very quiet setting. The house is furnished with great attention to detail; anyone who enjoys cooking will find everything they need and more in the kitchen. There is the option to rent a boat and even canoes available in the boathouse 2 min away from the cabin. We felt very comfortable, and communication with the owners was always quick and uncomplicated. We were even allowed to use rhubarb and herbs from the garden for cooking. On our last day, we were informed that no new guests would be arriving, so we had extra time for check-out, which made our final day especially relaxing and enjoyable. We highly and unreservedly recommend this accommodation :) Thank you!

Very nice little cottage right on a river/lake. The fjord is about 850 m walking distance. There is a great large terrace right on the shore with a table and seating. The terrace also serves as a jetty. The children liked to use this to jump into the water. Bathing and swimming are therefore possible. Gunnar provided us with kayaks and a rowing boat. We didn't catch any fish in the lake, but we did in the surrounding fjords. The house is really very small for five people and being together with five people in the bedroom is also adventurous. We were lucky with the weather, it was all wonderful I recommend the house without reservation. Really great small property.

Perfect place for a family. Rebekka was a perfect host, even leaving us a welcome gift. The place is well located for outdoor activities though there are not stores or restaurants in walking distance (we were fine with this). The place was spotless and the kitchen had everything need to prepare all your meals in house. A comprehensive notebook was provided covering the property, area activities including shops and restaurants, and guidance for checking out. Rebekka was hyper responsive making it a painless experience.

We were in Morten's beautiful house in a fantastic quiet location for the first 14 days of August. Despite the abundantly humid weather, we enjoyed every minute. There were eight of us the first five days and six of us the last nine days. Even with eight people, it is spacious and comfortable. The surroundings and nature are fantastic and we fished a lot, hiked and explored the area. In the, incredibly nice, country store in Feste we rented a slightly larger boat and enjoyed the beautiful days on the fjord. We also did most of the shopping there. Morten's father Jens was particularly nice and helpful, who was always there to help and advise. Thanks for that! We didn't want to go home and would come back any time. It should also be said that the house is very well equipped and you can use everything, including the boat. And the beds are super comfortable and we slept like in seventh heaven. Thanks for the fantastic time.

Ingrid and Martin's place is special! The cottage is enchanting, the beds pleasant, the kitchen has everything you need. From the terrace you have a breathtaking view of the fjord and with the kayak you can explore the beautiful corners of this fjords. The garden is full of blueberries for snacking, at the jetty you can sit comfortably, read, sunbathe and just listen to the waves. You can't get more Norway. Ingrid and Martin are extremely warm and nice, have lots of tips and suggestions, are always helpful and caring. We enjoyed the time with them very much.

This time again, Ståle's place did not disappoint. It was not our first visit, and certainly not the last one. Ståle is a great host, who really cares. It's a pleasure to chat with him and a privilege to be his guests.

We had a great stay and would come back anytime. The accommodation is super equipped and we immediately felt comfortable. The hosts were super nice and always easy to reach. Price/performance is top!

Absolutely amazing place in an equally amazing location. Excellent communication. We really enjoyed our stay! Only potential issues is the path from the road to the house. This is pretty difficult, wet and generally treacherous. If you are in anyway not physically fit or have a large bag you cannot carry off the ground for a while it would be fairly impossible.
