Family-friendly holiday rentals in Americana

It's been an incredible four days. The view of the place is beautiful, even more in the sunsets. Neto and the caretakers were very caring and kind. We'll be back more often for sure!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Regina's place is a dream. The decoration a show apart . Every day I saw something I hadn't seen from so many details in the decoration. A nice place in a wonderful condo close to everything ! Anyway … it would come back for sure.

Fantastic house. Structured and very safe because it is in a gated community. Great location, comfort and very complete. We were very well received at check-in and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return. Rodrigo was very flexible and proactive. We are very satisfied.

We were made to feel very welcome by Janka. Very clean and organized house. Bed, bath and pool were impeccable. We like it too much and will certainly be back soon.

Wonderful atmosphere! Everything according to the listing description and even much better in person than the pictures shows. The service provided by the housekeepers also impeccable, the couple very solicitous and polite! I recommend it to everyone!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Host was super requested from the outset, helped us with referrals and received our stay very well. Caseira helped a lot and made us comfortable in the house, very friendly. Establishment is cozy and totally according to the photos, as well as very easy access. We would definitely return!

The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

wonderful experience, we had a blessed weekend. We are already planning our next stay at the Maranata site. Wilson and Tata are incredible hosts, super attentive, they made us feel super comfortable. It felt like we were in our own home. Those looking for a quiet place, contact with nature, animals, and a comfortable home, can go without fear that you will enjoy it a lot.

I really liked the space, it was cold, but the room with the wooden floor was perfect, everything very well decorated and cared for, I recommend it to everyone.

The couple D. Nelma and S. Baia are extremely kind and hospitable, making us feel very comfortable, as well as the caretakers, who are very helpful. The house is great and has everything you need, including hot/cold air conditioning, which we didn't even use, despite the outside temperature reaching 7º, because the room is very warm and had enough blankets. Detail: Individually packaged. All with great care. The outdoor space is excellent, with a beautiful garden and pool, well fenced, so our pet was comfortable and we were relaxed. Another differential was the breakfast, with milk, coffee, breads of various types, cold cuts, juice, fruits, sweets and even tapioca, served in the outdoor area and at the previously agreed time. There are good restaurants nearby, as well as others in the city center. We took some good trips, including a trip to Monte Sião (+/- 45 minutes by car) to shop for good knitwear at a better price. At check out, we even got a treat from D. Nelma.

We love the place, very familiar, with a taste of childhood at grandma's house. We saw objects from the time that our grandparents had in their homes. It was well worth the stay. We left feeling refreshed and wanting more. We will definitely be back. We thank Marcos for the accommodation and kindness.

Fazenda Itapira is the perfect space. Near town, easy access, with a structure capable of serving a large group. The house is huge, with large rooms and a game room. The indoor space, with pool and barbecue grill was ideal for us to spend the day, enjoying the extended holiday. It is still possible to walk through the property, in the old coffee grounds, in the lakes and even in the surroundings, as the property is within Route 32, a path of pedestrians and cyclists.

Amazing stay! The space is perfect, an apartment with a great structure, the hosts, Caio and Flávia, are super attentive. It was an excellent choice. We will definitely return. Thanks.
