It is a house built in 2021 and belongs to the Casa Capulanas condominium. The house is in front of a large swimming pool and has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, hot water in the bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a large balcony with a barbecue.
