I stayed here for 3 nights and it became one of my best memories in Riyadh. The space is cozy and welcoming — it truly feels like a home away from home. I met amazing people from all over the world, and every evening felt like a little gathering of global friends. We’d cook in the kitchen, share meals, and have tea in the courtyard while chatting under the stars. A perfect spot for both travelers and those on short work trips. Highly recommend if you’re looking for community and comfort!

I really enjoyed my stay here definitely not my last! The location is perfect, close to everything yet in a very calm and peaceful area. The atmosphere feels just like home, and everything you might need is available. If anything comes up, the host is quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Khaled is a very wonderful host. The first Paulie Ma Qasr communicated with me. The apartment is new and clean with sweet decorations. All the basics are there and the apartment door has an acoustic insulation. The site received restaurants, grocery and laundries very nearby

Great place to stay a true masterpiece

The host is very cooperative, he helped me to rest in the accommodation. The house is clean, tidy and organized from the inside, the family was happy in the first place. The location in general is calm, classy and close to many sites and activities. It was a good choice for the location, accommodation and host. Repeat the experience often, yes.

Anis was an amazing host always checks in and makes sure everyone is comfortable, he also had them clean the room for me which was awesome. All I know is when I’m back in the city I will be Returning to one of anis’s many properties!

Very nice apartment on the 54 floor of Burj Rafal and sharing the same building with JW Marriott. Views of north Riyadh and surrounded by restaurants. Shopping close by and 20 minutes to the airport. Great place.
