The bay is like a private beach, where you can fish and play on the shore, and you can see the beautiful view of the houses of Anamizu on the opposite shore, where Noto Island and Noto tiles shine. It is also a special spot where you can sometimes see the Tateyama mountain range. It is very quiet, so please relax while watching the calm sea. However, there are no restaurants around. We recommend that you cook for yourself or eat at a delicious restaurant before checking in. Currently, there is a lot of earthquake damage, the roads are still uneven, and there are no shops or restaurants nearby. Recently, a small restaurant called Re Noto CREW has opened where you can enjoy Italian cuisine along the sea, about 20 minutes away. Lunch and dinner reservations are available. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

This is a renovated 120-year-old private house in the traditional streets of Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture (Yamamachi Suji).Located about a 10-minute walk from Takaoka Station, it also has good transport access from Toyama, Kanazawa, Amasaki Kaigan, Himi, Tonami, and Joetsu.If you have a car, you can quickly access Noto, the World Heritage site of Gokayama and Shirakawa-go, the Kurobe Tateyama Alpine Route, and sightseeing in Takayama. It can be used as a base for sightseeing in Takaoka, not only in the Yamamachi-suji area, but also in the foundry town of Kanayamachi (10-minute walk), Takaoka Daibutsu (10-minute walk), Takaoka Castle Ruins (15-minute walk), and the National Treasure Zuiryuji Temple (25-minute walk). Surrounded by the nature of the Noto area, it's located right in-between of Kanazawa and Oku-Noto (about 1 hour by car which is recommended) making it convenient for sightseeing. You can relax in the living room, the tatami room or the cozy open space. The bath, made of hinoki (Japanese cypress) When you step into the bathroom your whole body is enveloped in the scent of the wood. The house is also very close to the ocean.
