This was the best house we've been to since we've been using the platform. The condominium is very quiet, the pool is very clean and beautiful, enough furniture, the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, the rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning and ventilation are excellent, the TV and sound are very cool. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family.

The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the service is very prompt and cordial, both from Angelica and the support staff! recommendation: Provide more toiletries, such as shower soap and body towels.

Thank you to Fernando and Mr. Alex for the attention during our stay. The house is as shown in the photos very colorful, which makes it a cheerful space and of many contrasts with the environment of nature. We were very comfortable with my family, the kitchen with everything we needed, the nice and comfortable rooms. The pool is a bit cloudy I understand that it had some natural water, but it makes a bit of impact by not seeing the bottom of the pool. It is a place to disconnect from everything, appreciate the beauty of the landscape and get out of the fast-paced life of the city. Mr. Alex was very attentive, he helped us with addresses which we greatly appreciated since if for some reason they do not carry everything necessary for his stay, he can help with shopping. The road is uncovered in some very short stretches actually, but being a hill they generate a bit of anguish that is actually more perseverance because the car is so small it goes up without many complications.

Everything was very good, the treatment of the people in charge of the house was the best. It's an isolated place so there's no noise at all, the rooms are simple but they do the job. The bathrooms are very cool and the common areas are too.

the estate is beautiful, take a lot of repellent, the mosquitoes are invisible but itching!!!, the family in charge of the estate is a love, friendly and very helpful, we had a great family weekend!!! recommendation: go know the 3 waterfalls with Lord Israël, the foreman of the estate, he is a very respectful gentleman, he knows the region perfectly and offers the guide service for that wonderful adventure in the wild! it is very worth it! until the next Juan !

Jaime's house had everything you need to make our stay perfect, The rooms with a private bathroom, the outdoor space, the pool and its green areas make the stay a great experience. The house is about 5 minutes (by car) from the village, the arrival to it is easy. Nancy, super recommended, with an exquisite season and quite attentive to special requests.

Excellent stay, just like the photos, the only thing to keep in mind is to buy what you need beforehand, since there are no stores nearby, otherwise everything is very good, Mauricio is an excellent host.

We had a spectacular stay at this Airbnb. The place exceeded our expectations and made us feel at home from the first moment. Olga and Diana's service was excellent: always attentive, kind and willing to help with a smile. Maria, our host, was incredibly attentive throughout the stay, making sure we didn't miss anything. The house, the outside space with BBQ and the swimming pool are suitable for 16 people. We had a great time also with the help of Maria and Joanna, the domestic assistants. The only thing you need to do is to buy your favourite ingredients and they will cook the meals, breakfast and lunch and prepare something for dinner before they leave at 4 pm. In the meantime they keep the house clean. The pool maintenance is done in the morning by a specialist. State of maintenance is in perfect order as is all equipment.

This place is wonderful for any kind of getaway, really. It's better than the photos, it's a big, nice house, with plenty of room to walk around. Everything was impeccable from the start: - Timely and clear communication - The stay included a housekeeper, Mrs. Luz was wonderful and cooked delicious food, she even helped us with the barbecue. - Impeccable sheets, towels available. - The pool is in perfect condition. - Due to transportation issues, we had to check in later and Luisa was super understanding. - There was hot water for the cold nights - Refrigerator, pantry with condiments and a super well-equipped kitchen. It may not be for you if you are bothered by bugs, although there aren't many that cross your path, mostly crickets... but it is a natural environment, it is normal. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and I know we'll be back.
