"Estia" is a fully renovated, spacious 2nd floor apartment, located in the heart of the city of Volos, with the best view of the main square of St Nicholas. The apartment is located next to the pedestrian commercial Ermou Street, with many lovely coffee shops, restaurants and shops. In just 5 min of walking, you can reach the water front, the promenade and the Harbor area. The apartment is situated at 5-7 min walking distance from a community parking.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Located along the port of Volos, my apartment has a great view to the sea. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, in the area of ​​Agios Kostantinos above the beach of Volos. It has an excellent view of both the sea and the pelio! It can easily accommodate a couple and has all the necessary household equipment (fridge, filter coffee maker, nespresso machine, kettle, TV, Netflix, electric kettle)
