Hello, my villa is in the Kınık area of Kalkan and has a private pool that is not visible from the outside. It has 2 bedrooms and both are en-suite bathrooms. Migros market-bakery is 2 km away. Patara beach is 11 km away. Our villa was put into service in 2021. As of June 4, 2025, I decided to be on this platform as well. I am personally at the head of the team during the cleaning so that you, my customers, are satisfied. There are no non-functioning parts in the villa. I'll check you in myself when you arrive. Kalabalık aile ve arkadaş gruplarına villamız uygundur. Villaya girişte nakit olarak 2.000 TL hasar depozitosu alınmaktadır. Çıkış esnasında ki kontroller sonucu herhangi bir hasar tespit edilmediği taktirde paranız nakit olarak iade edilir.
