Didn’t expect to pay for electricity but yeah, very sensible to prevent wastage of power. I wish it was cheaper though. I know how much the electricity company charges.

The location is good, the apartment is after renovation, the condo is ordinary, but the pool is long, you can swim, 52 m. In this one, there are restaurants and shops nearby, the beach is the best with pine trees. The host Mr.Gregory is good kind and quick responsible person.

Great place for the price! Walking distance to Bangato gym and Bangtao beach. Check-in and check-out and all communication was very simple and easy, which I highly appreciate. Few minor queries I had were solved within minutes, thanks Johanna! :)

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks, and would certainly stay more :) The apartment was quiet and cozy, perfect for 2 people. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to relax and spend their best time on Phuket.

Loved our stay at this very quiet condo. It is right in the centre of Karon which makes it easy to get around. It is close to lots of shops, restaurants and massage places. The best part however is that while being so central it is setback from the main road which makes it very quiet and peaceful. The condo itself is very clean and well maintained by the stafg on a daily basis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a minorvissue with the toilet and someone was up to look at within 5 minutes od my call. It was fixed in no time which was fantastic. The only odd thing about the place is that the second bedroom does not have any lights. I used a lamp from the living room so that I could see at night. Overall this place is fantaatic and I would stay here again and again.

Super nice hosts, easy check in. There are great restaurants nearby and the beach is also within walking distance. Great location also right on the airport.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would , definitely give this Air BNB , 10 stars . Everything right from the check in , until the day we checked out we felt comfortable and at ease . Regret for only booking 10 days , the next time will stay for a month .The host was very accommodating to our needs . Also they cleaned our room every day and kept clean linen for us . We felt more at home here , and not to forget the pool which was always warm and clean. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be seeing you again .

Wonderful apartment near the picturesque Nai Harn beach. free transfer to the beach every 30 minutes from 9.00 to 17.30. On the protected area of the condominium there is 2 swimming pool, gym, parking, cafe. Lots of cozy restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: new comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, etc. Alena is a great and hospitable hostess, instantly answered all questions, helped with car rental. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend!

Thank you, Olga, for a beautiful apartment and an awesome week in Laguna! Olga was very responsive and accommodated us for extra nights. We travelled there with my elderly parents, so the 2BR apartment was a great match for our group. There were a few minor inconveniences (bathroom smell, a few ants), but they weren't critical for us. Olga helped us with instructions, check-in, check-out, and gave great recommendations regarding our further trip to Singapore.

A perfect stay at Joey's apartment in Phuket! The apartment is impeccable, clean and very well maintained. It is conveniently located, close to everything: restaurants, beaches, shops... A real plus to fully enjoy your stay. Special mention to Joey, an exceptional host, always responsive and attentive. He responded quickly to all my requests and was able to make my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Had a great stay at this location. The host was very nice and helpful. The unit is large and very comfortable with an oversized bedroom and bathroom and a great outside deck. We stay at this condo building frequently when visiting the Karon area of Phuket.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a mixed experience. The apartment was nice, cozy, and very clean, with a pleasant atmosphere that made for a comfortable stay. However, I encountered significant issues with communication. The host was very delayed in their responses, which became a major inconvenience. After traveling for eight hours, I had to wait on the road for three hours before checking in. This was extremely frustrating. The location listed on the platform was incorrect, adding to the confusion. The host mentioned they had complained to Airbnb about this issue but claimed no action had been taken. I’m unsure if this was an oversight by Airbnb or the host, but it certainly affected my experience. Fortunately, Airbnb support eventually stepped in to resolve the situation, but the delays and confusion were quite irritating. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Stayed at Joe’s place for 12 nights in October 2024. Joe and Stefania were great hosts and very responsive and helpful throughout. Once we confirmed our booking, Joe sent me a very useful information pack on property and usefully tips. The apartment is one of the bigger apartments in the Chava “resort” and was ample size for our family of 4…… huge homely living area and two separate bedroom areas with en suites so our teenagers had own space. The apartment is very well equipped and has some nice touches like boogie boards that the kids enjoyed using at the beautiful Surin beach which is across the road. Chava resort is very peaceful with relaxing pool. We also enjoyed using the gym at the twin palms next door. We love the area, nestled between Kamala and Bang Tao…… it felt safe to walk around and nice selection of coffee shops and restaurants, easy to get a taxi or tuktuk to explore area or hire car. Thank you again for great hosting and would recommend your apartment to anyone!

This is a fantastic option for anyone who is looking to stay in Phuket and needs access to all the major beaches across the island. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic and there is also Phuket's best craft beer bar about a 2 minute walk away. To top it off, Sam is a one-of-a-kind hotel manager who maintains a very comfortable and wholesome atmosphere in and around the hotel.

Second time staying here for obvious reasons, great stay, clean, nice kitchen and good location. Only downside are the ongoing construction on the backside of the building (not too bad), and the shower temperature that fluctuates a lot. Would still recommend this place to anyone who wants a hotel-like experience with their own kitchen.

Just be sure they are going to charge you 50 Bhat per day for electric. At first, I was a little caught off guard by this, but then I realized this is quite normal in Phuket and something that you will experience at most places you rent. They also were able to set me up with a motorbike and when my flight got canceled, I was able to continue staying by paying in Bhat. There are 4 to 5 very nice cats on the property although they do not enter your room so you don't have to worry about that. The pool seemed clean although I did not go in it. The one problem is there were quite a few mosquitoes in the bathroom constantly at least six at a time although they did not bite me in the room because I had the AC on. When I asked the manager to put in a screen for the window in the bathroom, he said they did not have one if there was one I would say that would make this location perfect. Having this many mosquitoes in the bathroom is something they need to fix.
