I had a very pleasant stay at Sathyabama Mohan Illam. The host was kind, welcoming, and easy to approach, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The property was neat, clean, and well-maintained, with good car parking available. The location is also convenient — about 20 minutes to Tambaram Station, 30 minutes to Vandalur via a route that avoids Tambaram traffic, and around 30 minutes to Medavakkam through an alternate route. It's an ideal place to stay if you're visiting Bharath University or Agaram Main Road. There aren’t many good budget-friendly hotels nearby, so this Airbnb is a much better option in terms of comfort and value. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The property is spacious throughout, with generously sized bedrooms that made everyone feel comfortable. The in-house catering was a great touch and added to the convenience of the stay. I was little apprehensive before booking the place about the location, safety, cleanliness, amenities etc., but once booked and after speaking to the host I was relaxed. House is beautiful and is located just outside the town on Raipur highway. Very well maintained and has all the facilities mentioned. Caretaker cooked and served very tasty food. We had a great time and happy with our stay.

Stay at the Rustic Manor was one of the highlights of our trip. The place was serene, beautiful, clean, spacious and met the needs of our large group. Raj, our caretaker, was truly the shining star of the stay. He was so wonderful and lovely, remembered all our choices individually and catered some of the best home cooked meal. Our hosts were very proactive with their communications, followed up periodically and took care of every little detail. The place was so close to all the buzz yet was in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us peace after a hectic day. We took advantage of all the optional services which was top notch. We enjoyed our stay greatly and can’t wait to book again when we visit Bangalore next.

I stayed at Harshit's place for approximately four weeks and found it to be a pleasant and peaceful experience. The area offers a variety of good restaurants catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider booking it again during my next visit to Bangalore.

we checked at 11 :30 pm they asked us to checkout next morning 11 am not friendly host and after booking they will call and tell we have got no room we can give you a room in another building

Incredible place for a house party. We were 12 of us and had a time of our lives here for 3 nights and 4 days.

Mr. Kumara keeps an excellent flat (3 bed, 4 bath). Just a few things needed attention but once informed to caretaker it was fixed quickly. The location needs better sign to show Phoenix Apartments on the gate. That is the only feedback. Some Uber drivers do not find the location easily but if you input next building near #2914 they can find it. Overall, an excellent stay and great meals that can be ordered from kitchen on premises. 100 rupee per person breakfast delivery by 8:45am, and 125 per person for dinner delivery by 8:45pm. We didn’t order lunch during the stay. Large portions.

Great place, even better than the pictures, nearby to many good places and privacy is duely maintained. Don't know about the maid, kind of uncertain. Kitchen was good even though not mentioned but everything was there. Apart from that great aesthetics with the lights. Washroom can be 10x better with an added shower. Everything was taken care of and provided, definitely worth every penny.

Memorable Stay Near Hebbal with Excellent Hospitality I booked this property near Hebbal to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! The place was clean, well-maintained, and the in-house Jacuzzi was a perfect addition for a relaxing and special experience. The host (Mahesh) went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, helping me plan the birthday celebration and staying in continuous touch to ensure everything went smoothly. The only minor hiccup was with parking in the basement. While the host’s instructions were clear, the pillar numbering in the basement was confusing and didn’t seem to follow a logical sequence, making it a bit tricky to locate the spot. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I’m truly grateful for the host’s support. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

This place is a beautiful and rather peaceful oasis in the heart of an important part of the city. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet is located close to all the happening areas. This is a true airbnb with bed and breakfast included - this is a rare thing in today’s airbnb where breakfast inclusion is not really a thing anymore. The quality of breakfast is also pretty good I must say. Overall must recommend 10/10, I look forward to staying at this location in the future!

The place is very beautiful and well maintained

Great, cozy, creative, unique, calm place to enjoy India, food, coversations with Alok and other tourists, DOGS! I recommend this place especially for those, who come first time to India. This place is in a very good place of busy Bengalore. You can travel everywhere by Uber. Alok helped me to book train tickets. Alok can tell a lot about living, traveling in India.

Mr Togi & Family are wonderful hosts. I felt right at home during my stay. Everything thing is very clean and as shown in picture. Property has a lot of trees, Never felt like I am in the middle of such a busy city. If you like peace and calm environment this is the place to be.

My parents stayed in Mrs Dakshayani's place for a week. She is hard working,humble, great in having conversations and a wonderful women. The residential area is awesome with lot of greenery . I heard from my parents that she cooks delicious breakfast !!!

Jayanthi Aunty’s home is truly a home away from home 🤗I was in Chennai for an event, and she welcomed me with such warmth and care. The room and amenities were just as described, the garden is beautiful, and the peaceful neighborhood made my stay even better. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and cared for. Aunty’s and Ash's guidance around the city was so helpful—and her sweet dog Kaju was the cherry on top! Thank you for such a warm and memorable stay Aunty and family. I’ll definitely be back soon! 🤗
