But an item that lacks a lot in space is the lack of a freezer, unfortunately only the refrigerator does not favor the tenants. But the space as always perfect and to our liking. The house is really very beautiful and cozy. Everything is very clean and organized. House well equipped with appliances. The details that the photo cannot capture: it is a house made with love for a family to live in, which at some point began to share this feeling with other families. The host also made us super comfortable, always very attentive and helpful. I appreciate the stay and see you next time, God willing.

The stay was excellent, but it needs minor adjustments. The suite's bathroom with very little water and no box/curtain. Missing blackout in the 2 bedroom windows, as the windows are glass, when dawn is very clear. In the kitchen, cups, cups and background dishes are missing. The rest, everything's great. Mr Edson and his wife are great. The place is beautiful, very quiet, very organized, with clean bed and bath linens. We will return for sure.

Very attentive host, easy communication, kind, flexible at check-in/check-out! Sensational accommodation, spacious and airy rooms, great and clean bathrooms, integrated and well-organized living room and kitchen. Heated pool with a very nice gourmet area. Interactive and safe outdoor space for children, containing toys and a really cool lawn. It comfortably accommodates 3 cars in the internal space with a lot of security! Anyway, we were very well received, we certainly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a space with these specifications. We can only thank you for everything.

The house is large, with 3 bedrooms, very well equipped and cozy. The wifi works very well, automatic gate and alarm in the house. Full kitchen with all utensils and also provides water, soda, etc., at a super fair cost. It is in front of a park, which allows for walks. It is very close to restaurants, about 10 minutes at most, and also with easy access to wineries. We spent a weekend that was very cold, but when we entered the house, it was always at a very pleasant temperature. João Paulo is extremely attentive, responds very quickly, gave us detailed information and tips in the city. We highly recommend your accommodation and we definitely intend to return!

My family and I are very happy with the choice of this house. Host Mariely is very attentive and kind. She made an effort to meet all our demands and even got a crib for our baby (we were extremely grateful for that). The house is super complete, spacious and comfortable. Great house, large and spacious, well lit. Quiet place, we feel safe. Suitable for those who are by car to facilitate travel, as there is no near trade. The house has a garage, but we found it more convenient to leave the cars on the street in front of the house and it was super quiet. Rita received us personally, provided mineral water and basic items.

Spacious, comfortable house with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The neighborhood is a bit far from downtown but is quiet and has a lot of nearby commerce (market, bakery, restaurant). Luciana responds quickly and is very kind. Overall the stay was great! I highly recommend it!

The house, besides being aesthetically beautiful, is very cozy, with very well-maintained furniture, everything working perfectly. Carlos offers bath towels, bed linen and blankets, which for me made a total difference, and even though our stay was in a very cold month (June) the house is warm, so only the blankets he offered met our needs. The house has many outlets, we do not have a shortage of them. The difference is the bed in the suite, which has a massage mattress, it's perfect! Carlos was very kind, he responded quickly throughout our stay. I recommend without fear!

By far, the best house I've ever stayed in on Airbnb. The house is infinitely more beautiful and larger in person than it appears in the photos. The host's care, delicacy, elegance, and good taste are evident in every detail. It has all the kitchen and barbecue utensils you can imagine, as well as countless amenities generously available for everyday use. It has EVERYTHING. The rooms and bathrooms are huge. The towels and bed linen are of the highest quality, hotel standard! The cleanliness and organization are impressive, the house was fragrant when we arrived, not a speck of dust on the floor! Friendly, cordial, proactive and very discreet caretakers. Professional gardening. The sports court and swimming pool were impeccable. The surroundings are green mountains, cattle and horses passing in the background, toucans, parrots, birdsong, fruit trees and flowers. The location is ideal for visiting the wineries. Anyway, perfect. Thank you, Luís Felipe and family for such generosity.

My stay at Celia's house was excellent! From the beginning, she was extremely polite, attentive and helpful — always available to answer questions, give recommendations for places and ensure that everything went well. A great host! Check-in was super easy, with clear instructions and the house is very well located, close to the center. It was easy to find and I felt at home from the first moment. The house was very clean, organized and fully equipped, with all kitchen items, towels in the bathroom, dryer, washing machine, microwave, barbecue and other facilities that made all the difference in the stay. The property is exactly as in the photos, in a safe, quiet region and close to the main tourist attractions of the city. There is a pharmacy, market, bakery and restaurants all nearby, which allowed us to do everything on foot. It was very worth it and I would definitely come back on a next visit and stay at the house again!

Flávio's accommodation served us very well, it has a spacious living room/kitchen for a couple, a bedroom with TV and a clean and organized bathroom. We only stayed one night because we had a birthday in the city, but spending a weekend in the city with the great options of wineries and restaurants would be amazing, as well as being a quiet street and a great location.
