A great little apartment, we were 4 adults. We had access to outdoor furniture so we could sit outside and eat. The weather was fantastic, which is a plus when you live 4 adults in a small area. Missed a small drying rack to have outside or inside. Close to swimming place,town and event at Fredrik skans. Will recommend these apartments (there are 2)

Very affordable and simple accommodation in the basement of a private home with a very helpful, friendly and pleasant host, even when I managed to mess up my arrival, at an "odd" time!! Clean and fresh, close to everything in Kalmar, I took care of myself and everything basic was there for a good, quiet night's sleep, a shower and a cup of coffee in the morning! Highly recommend Henrik as a host if you are going to stay in Kalmar! Will gladly come back!

Peaceful and beautiful environment to live and walk in when we visited Kalmar for a weekend. Perfect that bed linen and towels were included. Quite cramped for 5 people, of course, but still worked well for us with three teenagers. Two cozy cats that the family liked.

Cozy accommodation with everything we could wish for! Good information from Anna before our arrival and smooth check-in. We felt extra warmly welcomed when Anna set up a high chair and books for our 1-year-old. Not only Anna, but her whole family made us feel warmly welcome during our stay. The area is quiet with walking distance to central Kalmar. We'd love to come back here!
