We had a fantastic time. It is as beautiful as in the photos and you could spend whole evenings relaxing there. There were only four of us and we weren't sure if the whole building was really for us. Ibtissam was super nice and prepared a delicious breakfast for us and even got me several Aker Fassi so I didn't have to haggle. You fight a few mosquitoes at night because the doors are not completely airtight. But from the second night we had no more problems and the mosquitoes are slow. A little tip: there are 2 ways to get to the Riad on Maps. You have to choose the second route, where the Riad Christina is also nearby. (If people want to show you the way, they expect money for it.) Instead of shampoo, we had shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and just really nice and we would come back!

Villa was absolutely stunning. Spacious bedrooms. Seating areas amazing and kitchen wonderful. Host was amazing and helpful. Could not have asked for anything more. We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful pool and garden area and plenty of seating. Great for our trip. Would definitely return. Thank you !!!

Simo was always on the ball, finding out where the driver could drop us off on our first day, as we were coming straight from the airport. Yassin was waiting for us where our driver left us and accompanied us to the house. Yassin immediately advised us and accompanied us to a restaurant where we could have a cheap dinner nearby. (In the end, it became our daily trusted site hahah). Simo was very kind advising us on how to act in the city, available excursions, souks... our experience has been incredible in this house, we will definitely return because we have many things left to see. There were 5 of us and they let us have a room for each one. Yassin was always attentive to what we needed, and became one of the group. And the typical Moroccan breakfast but with flexible hours. (8:30-11) even one day we needed to do it at 7:30 for an excursion and they didn't mind. Popo and the breakfast lady, we are also grateful for the treatment.

Very nice little Ryad, ideally located in the medina, quiet. Excellent bedding and cool room, perfect air conditioning. Nice terrace. Fatima is always responsive and available. Airport-Ryad transfer with exemplary punctuality. Overall excellent value for money in a typical and lively neighborhood, ideal starting point to discover different sectors of Marrakech.

I enjoyed staying at Denise’s home very much! It is very spacious and homey. The location was the best part for me, I felt very fond of the neighborhood and met many kind people in the square just in front of the entrance. The terrace is incredible and offers very nice views and breeze at night. Anything basic needs you may have are just a few steps away. Thank you Denise🙌🏻

The villa offered a comfortable stay with well-maintained gardens and pleasant interiors. The staff were accommodating, and the meals provided were enjoyable. The house manager was available to assist with any needs. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa!

The villa is really amazing and true to the photos. It is not in the center so if you are looking for a peaceful and private place it is really ideal. You just have to plan taxis or rent a vehicle for your outings! As soon as we had a request or question, Youssef was super responsive and available. We were a group of women and everything went very well. The caretaker and cook were very nice! I REALLY recommend testing the breakfast prepared by the stove because it will be better than at any restaurant! Thanks to her:) The pool is heated so nice in the morning. I recommend it!

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! We are super grateful for both of them and their hospitality, we would definitely come again for them and the beautiful Riad! The location is very good and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. To improve, the water pressure of the shower and put more pillows on the beds.

Ali was very helpful and responsive and always made sure we were taken care of. The villa was very secure and beautiful. The sitting areas and beds were all comfortable. I would recommend Ali and this villa!

An unforgettable stay at Villa Domia! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Soumia, whose kindness and professionalism marked our entire stay. Her royal couscous was absolutely exceptional – a true Moroccan feast prepared with love. The villa is splendid, tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained, with a daily cleaning service worthy of a luxury hotel. Every detail is designed for comfort and well-being. A big thank you also to Mohammed, our driver, always punctual, available and very courteous. He largely contributed to making our stay smooth and stress-free. Even though the villa is about 40 minutes from the center of Marrakech, the peaceful setting and the overall experience are well worth the detour – it is a true haven of peace far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything was perfect from start to finish! Chawki is available, responsive to requests and very kind. In short, a great host! A huge thank you to Amal who was amazing in responding to our requests, available by phone and message and very kind as well. She organized our entire stay. A big thank you to Salima, Soad and Sofiane who took great care of us during our stay. The meals were extraordinary! I don't think I've ever eaten so well. Breakfasts were complete and very good, meals are hearty and tasty (special mention for the mechoui). They touched us with the attention they had by bringing a cake with candles for my husband's birthday. In short, a top team! And then the villa... A real museum with industrial/vintage decoration. Everything is thoughtful and we enjoyed visiting it by looking at paintings, decoration and trinkets. The garden and pool are beautiful. I'll be back!

Beautiful Riad! Julia and Hanae were very helpful answering any questions we had. Hanae’s breakfasts were delicious! Our kids looked forward to seeing her every morning! What a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

I don’t know where to begin because this was the most amazing stay not only because of the building itself, but also the details that Fred has put into this home and all of the touches that he has incorporated to make every guest feel special and connected to the Moroccan way of life. If you are considering this Riad don’t waste your time looking elsewhere you will be so grateful that you chose Fred‘s property.

Very nice stay in this beautiful villa, very beautiful and colorful interior decoration, pleasant heated pool in this season (end of winter), we had a housekeeper from 9 to 4 p.m. who was cleaning (dishes, machine and ironing), Houda and her husband were very nice and responsive, they also recommended good addresses to us, thank you again for everything 😊

This riad is simply stunning. Looks exactly like the photos and ideal location only 15 min walk to the main square. Really easy to get taxis from the main road 3 min walk away. However, the real stars are Naima and Abdou who make the experience 10000x better. Naima is a wonderful cook and kept the riad looking spotless. Abdou was also super friendly and as a group of young girls travelling together we felt so safe with him in the Riad. All in all it was a 10/10 experience, definitely worth every penny we paid! Thank you so much to Naima and Abdou for their hospitality.

The attention to detail, the peaceful atmosphere, and the breathtaking views made it the perfect retreat. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

Nice clean place, good location and good communication

We LOVED our stay at Ali’s villa! It was for our friends hen do weekend and we were blown away with the accomodation. It looks even better than the pictures!!! Rhe rooftop was amazing and the pool area brought both traditional and modern vibes to life. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Towels and all toiletries were provided and we even had a wonderful lady serve us breakfast and help us around the villa on the first day. Would recommend this place to anyone! Easy location too, 15-20 minutes to the Medina! Really peaceful :) Thank you.
