Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Next to the spacious hall and stairways, we offer: a livingroom/kitchen three bedrooms bathroom toilet storeroom with washing facilities Perfectly suitable for families with (small) children. All prices are excluding tourist taxed (7% of the rental price plus 8€ per person per day).

Our centrally located cozy house with garden is tastefully decorated. There is everything you need for a wonderful stay in Utrecht. The compact kitchen is complete with a coffee machine, dishwasher and Boretti stove. You can walk to the city center (Tivoli) in 10 minutes. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a lovely sunny garden on the southeast. You can sleep on a great bed in a quiet bedroom. The bathroom is simple and clean. You can park in front of the door.

We do not accept groups with an average age under 35. Please note: by municipal law, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including infants. Our home offers 4 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with double doors opening onto the garden.
