Beachfront holiday rentals in Anse à la Barque

Thanks to Isabelle for her welcome and for providing a bed and a baby chair quickly for our 2 year old child.

We felt very comfortable. The impressive ceiling height has created a nice atmosphere. Great view. Parking nearby. Beach access. Good bakery in the enclosure. We also liked the beach right at the apartment. You can also snorkel well here and further up are some food trucks. Veronika greeted us personally and said goodbye. She spoke English with us. Was always available and easy to reach, gave us good advice on all questions. Great service. We got water and fruits to welcome you. The apartment is very well equipped from iron to snorkeling equipment to beach chairs, everything is available. We're just a little sad that we only booked for 5 days. We also had a good longer stay here. We'll be happy to come back.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool view, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

Chantal was a great host always available to help us. Her apartment was super clean with all the amenities, wonderful kitchen and a nice terrace. Close to St. Anna Beach and to the supermarket, bakery and restaurants.

We did not meet Sébastien (he does not live in Guadeloupe) but Martine, who welcomed us extremely well. She adapts to the arrival time (delayed flight) and is available on site during the stay (she lives next to the apartment for rent). Very clean apartment, very good location. Infinity pool, with ocean views. Well air-conditioned accommodation. Welcome basket which is always nice (fruits, punch, fruit juice, etc.) We recommend this place without a second thought.

We had an excellent vacation in this accommodation, which is in line with the listing. The site and access to the entire Pierres et Vacances area are really a plus.

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. We were with our two children and really enjoyed the studio, which is really well equipped from A to Z. Nothing is missing, everything is designed for comfort. Stéphanie is an exceptional host: very kind, respectful, pleasant and always accommodating. It is simply perfect. The studio perfectly reflects her attention to detail and her sense of hospitality. We highly recommend a stay in Stéphanie's studio!

Great stay at Marie's place! The place was great, very clean and fully equipped! We enjoyed the swimming pool and beaches within walking distance. We would come back without hesitation!

Beautiful and large apartment for 4, very clean and secure residence. lovely pool and lovely beach. However, the apartment deserves a refresh of the kitchen and bathroom, with the installation of a water reserve tank to avoid the stress of outages in the evening. but all this was discussed during the key exchange with Véronique, who took our feedback into account we still recommend the place

We are returning from a stay in Guadeloupe at Yvan and Karine's of which we will keep a very good memory. The residence was very well maintained with beautiful gardens located in St FRANCOIS NEARBY all amenities. The villa within the residence has been renovated and offers all the necessary equipment. the responsiveness of the hosts and Angela was very nice. Looking forward to returning for a future stay in Guadeloupe.

Very good stay in the accommodation, easy to access and interesting price. Just a small problem with the wifi connection we did not have access during the stay because of the malfunction of the provider. Otherwise it was very good, the hostess is very attentive and full of advice. Recommends 👍🏽👍🏽

Really nice accomodation in Saint Anne. It is more spacious than on the pictures and very well equipped. Sinta is a very nice host that gave us loads of tips for restaurants that we enjoyed.
