Julie's place was exactly as shown on the listing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views from the balcony. The parking was a little challenging at first because it is a one way and you have to back into the spots but I eventually got the hang of it. There is a beautiful pool on site that was never too crowded and a few local restaurants and small grocery market within walking distance. A car is definitely recommended though to explore the island. Julie was always prompt in responding and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to a quiet beach, a few restaurants and a small grocery shop on location. Emma was an incredibly attentive host and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable getaway!

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

This might be my top airbnb experience! Every corner of the home was beautifully designed, the patio and pool were stunning, and the location felt very safe. Vanessa was the best host. She was always available to answer questions, gave great recommendations, and welcomed us with open arms. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone coming to St. Martin.

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

We come every here to the island and we really love this location. The house is stunning, you can tell that everything in there was placed for a reason and with great taste. You'll have everything you need. Floriane was very nice and responded to all the questions we had.
