Holiday rentals with beach access in Anse Mitan

Everything was perfect from every point of view, not to mention the view, which is completely magical with the sunset that is on display every evening!! Very refreshing as a place and well secured. Everything is within walking distance, beaches, restaurants, bakery. This little corner of paradise is pure happiness!!! I'm leaving with a taste of come back! Thank you Jérôme 😁

I have to agree with all the previous reviews. Corinne’s place is spectacular just as in the pictures. Great pool and great place overall. Corinne is also very attentive to your needs or questions. Would definitely recommend the place !

The apartment is incredible, located on top of a hill and on the 2nd and top floor, it allows you to have an incredible view of the bay of Fort de France. The location is perfect for going to the beach, restaurant, supermarket, gas station, and as a starting point for excursions to other visits on the island. It is air-conditioned and we were not disturbed by mosquitoes. We'll be back with great pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay at Stéphane and Marie-No's place. Their apartment is a real little pearl: perfectly equipped, the terrace and the hot tub in a tropical atmosphere really marked us. The hosting was warm and thoughtful, and their recommendations for discovering the surrounding area were valuable. A big thank you to them for their hospitality, and the welcome home punch which was delicious! We highly recommend it!

Self check-in is super convenient . The accommodation is close to the beach and full of activities around! A little extra for all the equipment, especially a palm mask and snorkel that clutters our suitcases for nothing, it's the best

Very nice place located a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, shops. The host left a lot of small touches to make our stay pleasant in addition to everything it needed to go to the beach (umbrella, chairs, towels, masks and snorkel, beach bag). As a bonus, there is a superb, very well-maintained pool that awaited us when we returned from the excursion. We highly recommend and would not hesitate to return on a future visit to Martinique.

Beautiful little cocoon at Pointe du Bout. The apartment is relatively small but everything is optimized, new and very functional. We didn't miss anything, it was perfect. It was a pleasure to have breakfast with the view of the marina. The location is ideal because, once the car is parked (plenty of spaces available), it is easy to do everything on foot. Cécile did everything for our comfort (availability, small touches, etc.), she is very friendly and kind. We would come back with our eyes closed and we can only recommend this apartment if you are traveling in the area!

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

This place was just like the photos. Beautiful quiet location overlooking the ocean with a short trail to the water. Evan met us when we arrived and gave us good recommendations for food and activities. There is even a double sit on top kayak to kayak a short distance to an island. The hammock was wonderful too!

We loved the villa. The hosting was great OMG with Caroline, she is very nice. She took all the time it took to explain to us everything we needed to know about the house, we really appreciated it. Erkan also responded very quickly to our questions before our arrival and after we contacted Caroline who also responded very quickly and always friendly. The place is beautiful, very lit with always a nice breeze. It is very well located and secure, beautiful sea views even if it is at a distance. The only small disappointment we had and mentioned to Caroline was that there was no BBQ as mentioned on the listing, Caroline offered us her (so nice of her part) but finally we organized ourselves differently. Basically everything was perfect, we recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Erkan and Caroline.

Small practical studio, we only stayed there one night. Clean, welcoming host. There is a place provided for your car and it's really an advantage.

Fabulous stay at Pascal's Ti chou chou. There were 2 of us and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation, the quality of the amenities and Pascal's help on a daily basis. We saw 3 ravet beetles at the beginning of our stay in the accommodation, which are insects that are part of the local fauna, but Pascal immediately reacted to help us eliminate them and no other ravet beetles were seen. I recommend this accommodation for your stay in Martinique.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bleu Soley in Trois-Îlets, and it was an unforgettable experience. The house is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Waking up to the serene views of the Caribbean Sea each morning was truly a highlight. The location is ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions and beaches. My kids had the best time! Angela was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the area. I highly recommend Bleu Soley to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Martinique.

Veronique was a great host who communicated very well with us. The accommodation was a super location in a quiet community with easy access to the entire area. The local beach at Anse Mitan was a favorite to start and end the day. Wonderful time overall.

very beautiful apartment very nice view of the bay on the heights of the donkey cove. difficult to walk to given the slope. close to the beaches of the south west of the island. Alexandra was not available upon arrival and departure,so we were hosted very well by Vanessa. thank you both isabella and bruno

We had a pleasant stay at Dany and Jacques's The studio is well located, close to the beach restaurants shops. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a private parking space for the car! A pool available! The welcome by Dany and Jacques is very friendly We would highly recommend their place and if we have the opportunity we will happily go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra and Luca's place! They are welcoming hosts, responsive and attentive to our well-being. The accommodation is very comfortable and well appointed, the view from the terrace is superb. It is conveniently located, it avoids traffic jams for the North and South, which are easily accessible. Many good restaurants in town are within walking distance, a pleasure not to have to take the car at all. Private beach access and pool are also two big plus! Nothing to say, we can only recommend.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . We would highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Alain-Michel's. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures, and it's very close to loads of restaurants. The beach is also in walking distance, and right behind the apartment there's the harbor from where a lot of excursions depart. The only downside is that on the week-ends there might be some issues with parking the car as all the spots fill up pretty quickly. There's plenty of parking so you'll always find a spot, but you may have to walk a little longer to reach the apartment. All in all I would recommend Alain-Michel's apartment for anyone visiting Martinique.

We had a great time and have such wonderful memories of Martinique. Parking is indeed a challenge, the pool is a beautiful meeting place at the end of the evening, we had dinner on our terrace every evening, it's just wonderful! The size was perfect for a couple.
