Bel appartement spacieux et confortable sur les hauteurs de Tana. Vue exceptionnelle sur le Palais de la Reine, le lac Anosy et le stade Barea. A 5 min à pieds des quartiers administratifs (Anosy, Antaninarenina), proche de toutes commodités et des restaurants branchés. Quartier calme du centre ville. Cuisine équipée, lave-linge, eau chaude. Terrasse ensoleillée matin et soir. Wifi et TV grand écran. Le logement ne conviendrait pas à une personne à mobilité réduite car des marches à gravir.
