In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

We welcome you to the wooden nest! Your cozy vacation home with wooden cabin flair. Natural materials and sustainability await you on two levels in our solid wood house completed in 2022. Downstairs is the living/cooking/dining area with sofa bed and terrace, upstairs is the panoramic bedroom and bathroom with rain shower. Enjoy the coziness and warmth of the spruce wood. Discover the beautiful nature that surrounds us here in Berchtesgaden National Park.

Ferienwohnung Watzmann

It is a newly built apartment with 97 m² living space in the Berchtesgaden National Park. It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath tub and a kitchen. The ideal starting point for mountain and hiking tours. A tourist tax must be paid for the apartment. For adults 2.60 €per night per person. For teenagers from 7 years to 16 years 1.30 €per night per person. Children under 7 years of age do not have to pay tourist tax.

Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.
