Nice place! clean, peaceful and quiet. the security and the building staff were friendly and respectful. I like how Raul explain the spectations and rules in the apartment. Nice kitchen, enough things to cook. Good size bathroom. There is air conditioner in the bedrooms, living room, that was a big plus for us. I recommend Raul place for you. Raul was always attempting if we need anything. we hope that we can back soon.

I really enjoyed staying by here, the condo was clean and just as described. Host is very quick to respond and very nice and friendly. I would most definitely stay here next time I’m in El Salvador

The hosts were fantastic—very responsive and accommodating to our situation. The property itself is beautiful, recently built, and has a modern, luxurious feel throughout. The highlight for me was definitely the view from the living and dining areas - absolutely spectacular. You get a panoramic look at almost the entire city, and it’s truly breathtaking. The amenities and furnishings were mostly above average. The bed linens and towels (including body, hand, and shower floor towels) were high quality. The home also had a great TV with premium service, strong Wi-Fi, and air conditioning throughout. We really appreciated the little touches like the provided shampoo and conditioner, as well as the convenience of having a washer and dryer. Parking was also very easy and convenient. One small downside was the requirement to provide copy of ID and names for all guests. Security did minimal verification, which made the process feel a bit unnecessary. All in all, I’d absolutely stay here again

Amazing Stay at Marc’s Place! I had an incredible time staying at Marc's Airbnb in El Salvador! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stylish. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Marc was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and full of helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the little touches, like fresh towels and snacks, made the experience even more special. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how Marc made sure everything was perfect for my stay. We had another great stay at this apartment. It’s clean, located in a gated community with parking, and easily accessible on the first floor. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the building is well-maintained. The hosts are always available to answer any questions, which we really appreciate. Location is also very convenient, with restaurants, a supermarket, and convenience stores just minutes away. Overall, it was a solid choice, and we’d stay again!"

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Safe and quiet and easy access with Uber. A bunch of restaurants and other things close by. It’s nice to wake up to a good view!! This is definitely a must use if you’re solo traveling. Melinda made the process easy. Totally would recommend!

We had chosen an alternate Airbnb before we got to the area, and were really not pleased with a number of things with it, so while researching a new place we came across this one. From the start they were extremely responsive and flexible with our check-in needs, and the home matched exactly the desrciption and photos. The front gate people were always pleasant and the community at large is full of kind and welcoming people. The view is amazing.
