Middle drawer has extra hand towels, saran wrap and foil. Bottom drawer has main pots, saucepans etc. The two cabinets to the right have a rice cooker, toaster oven, etc. On the countertop you'll find a convection/ microwave oven. Please use the provided plastic splatter cover when using the microwave option. The coffee maker is to the right of this. LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/ work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. zaida was an amazing host! we were just there and all of PR lost power for 48 hours. she made sure we had all that we needed, and gave us a credit even though it certainly wasnt her fault. we loved the apartment and location. You can walk to anything and the pharmacy was right across the street that had anything you needed!

I visited Santiago with 3 others and this place was perfect! The apartment building is VERY safe with a gate, security guards, and safety locks on all doors. The staff who work there are sweet and so hospitable. Hilario is an awesome host and so responsive. 10/10!

Absolutely magical! We stayed in the Penthouse through RedAwning on Airbnb and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The decor was stunning—thoughtfully designed, stylish, and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Close enough to the action to explore with ease, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. One of the standout moments was receiving a personal call from the owner, Odain, when we arrived. He genuinely wanted to hear our feedback and offered thoughtful, local recommendations that set the tone for a warm and personalized stay. But what truly made our experience exceptional—was Enrique, the local property manager. She is an absolute gem. Attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, Enrique went above and beyond at every turn. She helped us schedule transportation, shared the best food spots. It’s rare to feel so deeply cared for in a rental experience—she made us feel like VIPs, and also like family.

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

This place is amazing! The location is incredible, it sits on a very private beach cove. The beach is beautifully sandy, with spots of shade and sun. Most days, it felt like our own private beach with rarely anyone else around. The home feels like it sits right at the edge of a jungle, and the landscaping is beautiful. It creates an extremely peaceful atmosphere, great for relaxing. The water here is protected and very calm, which made for great snorkeling. The housekeeper/chef is great, she made us great meals, assisted with grocery shopping, and made sure our every need was met. I can't speak highly enough of the host and staff, from booking to checkout the communication was excellent. If you are looking for a private beach getaway, this is your spot.

My family and I had an excellent time staying here. The house itself is well decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are all quite comfortable. Las Olas is a sweet little development with a staff that puts great effort into keeping it clean and well maintained. The lawn, pool, and playground were perfect for our kids. We loved taking walks along the beach path as the sun was setting each night. Agnes was a perfect host. Always quick to respond and constantly making sure we were enjoying ourselves. We can't recommend this place enough.

Place is in very good condition, clean and spacious. We were able to find enough kitchen supplies, and even beach towels for our days at the beach. The apartment is a very short walk to the restaurant of the community where there is a nice pool and jacuzzi. The beach is a couple of steps from the restaurant. Apartment community felt safe to walk at all times.

Would rent again!! Beautiful beach condo with so much included . The condo is exactly as described in the listing/ photos. You can tell the hosts care about the space and responded quickly when the lock box didnt work upon arrival! Plenty of towels, kitchenware, charger ports, and places to sit/ sleep. The condo includes locked entrances with a bracelet you wear the whole stay- also gives access to private beach area and 2 beach club restaurants. Awesome food / drinks with reasonable prices. Also plenty to do along the beach between renting water sport activities and various eateries. Close enough to walk to 5th Avenue, restaurants/ coffee, 7/11 across the street, police “station” and uber eats options. No issues with transportation pickup for excursions and taxis available as needed. The gym is better than most hotel gyms and staff is nice as well. Thank you:)

This is the best airbnb I have stayed at (and Ive stayed in many). The hosts are very responsive and helful. The appartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. It is also very well equipped, with everything you need. Better equipped than anywhere else Ive stayed. We especially appreciated the things for children, bathtub, carseat, plastic plates and beach toys etc. We felt so at home there. Easy waterservice was a huge bonus too. The pool area is so beautiful, calm big and with both deep and shallow areas. Never too busy, always loungechairs available. Friendly staff at the premises. You need a car preferebly, but the days before we got our rental, we walked to the beachclub no problem (recommend going there). And we had food delivered to the appartment too. Taxis are tricky. Playa del Carmen is a wonderful place with many amazing cenotes easy to get to by car. If you stay here you wont regret it!
