The Condominium is not luxurious, it is simple. There are security cameras throughout the building, except inside the apartment. Composed of 4 towers, Kitnet is in tower 4, the view is lateral to the beach. The neighborhood is very busy, you can do almost everything on foot, there is a boardwalk, bars, restaurants, museums, clubs, an aquarium, a bike path, shopping, squares, street markets, beautiful people and much more. Santos is a city monitored by security systems. "ATTENTION" all outlets are 220V

Ideal to spend vacations and to enjoy the beach and relax. If you don't drive, the bus that arrives from São Paulo stops at 50 meters from the building. The condominium is open 24 hours a day.
