Beautiful and well-stocked house, with a breathtaking view! John was very kind and responsive in his answers, we had a good time. I'd go back right away!

Great place. Everything was clean. The terrace was big, there was a pool for the residents of the apartment block. Everything was as described. One double bed and one foldable sofa bed.

Everything was good. Perfekt for two persons. You can explore Paphos by car from the airbnb.

Very nice apartment with incredible view. Super clean and Rudi was a great host. Would recommend guests to look into car hire or be prepared to use public buses (very limited, especially at night) as most touristy places are not within walking distance or are along roads without pavements or streetlights

Great place, very spacious and modern Well-equipped, well-maintained We are well received with small welcome gifts. The only downside is the toilet or can't throw away toilet paper... but unfortunately it's not their faults and the SPA of the residence which was not necessarily very clean. Other than that, I recommend it to 100%.

Stuart’s place was a perfect get away. Stuart was great at communicating and giving us tips about where to visit, how to get about the area and in Cyprus, transfer v hire car. Everything was excellent, we had details of a local contact who checked by phone if everything was alright, on one occasion we did make contact and they responded within 10 minutes of our message. A very accurate description of the apartment which was lovely and comfortable, it had everything that we needed for our holiday. We will definitely return. The tennis academy and Padel lesson were a bonus. Thank you Stuart.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Martin’s apartment. Excellent location. Comfy bed and lovely pool area.

My two daughters, husband and I stayed here for a week in April. We had rented a car and the apartment not only came with a parking lot but was also a close driving distance to everything in Paphos. We arrived late at night, check in was smooth and most of all we found the apartment fully stocked with all the necessities and more. From snacks to toiletries, nothing was missing. There were even beach towels for us! Very convenient. Since the weather was still a bit fresh, the pools weren’t open yet, so I can’t comment on that. However I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for everything!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and well stocked with basic necessities. The apartment was situated in a lovely area of paphos and within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The old town was a 30 minute walk from the apartment which was walkable in the evenings when the temperature was cooler. The host was very responsive and ensured to provide plenty of good communication. We were also provided with some lovely recommendations of places to visit and restaurants during our stay which we enjoyed. Overall, the apartment was lovely, clean on arrival and situated in a great area of Paphos. We had a lovely holiday so thank you to our lovely host.

We spend 5 days in Sergei’s and Markus’s apartment. It was more than lovely. Even they have a nicely printed book of intorduction, instructions and program guides included in it. The terrace is even better in live. The kitchen is perfect, we could cook and using the washing machine. Also plus point should given because every AC/DC has stickers what related to it, so turn on-off - you can’t miss (also the washing machine has english stickers so cou can pick your washing program perfectly). The bedroom is cosy, we slept well there. There are two air conditioner (Gree) so it’s moders and has humidity mode. By walk you reach 3 shops, many restaurants and the Coral-bay beach is in 5 min walk! Bus line 615 can take you to Paphos in approximately 15-25 min ( depends on how many passengers travelling to different locations and 615 goes to Tombs of Kings station, from there take 611 to reach the harbour - 4 more stops). We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. wonderful place to stay for a night before an early start going to the airport. lovely green outside space with comfy chairs to escape and relax in. many thoughtful touches to welcome families and small children.

For the price, a great apartment, more is not needed, we were very satisfied and would always come back. Thank you!!! Highly recommended.

Nice apartment with everything you need for a short vacation in Paphos. On a 15min walk to the beach and all the landmarks and 20min walk to the city center it was on a great location for us. Near big supermarkets and restaurants. Andreas was vas very clear with his responses and instructions.

Great location, very caring host. The appartment isn't brand new, but very good value for money. Well equiped and has a homy feeling. Like AirBnb used to be Kids loved the pool. The pictures of the view are certainly apt. It is situated close to the harbour, in between two beaches. Some very beautiful bays for snorkling that can easily be reached by bus (10 munutes, direction aphrodite or by one if the many boat excursions). Same for hiking routes We did not hire a car and it is certainly doable without. There is is medium sized supermarket nearby and a bus station. Ask Yiannos for a taxi company in case you need

We stayed from May 31 to June 4. The apartment is clean,spacious,everything you need for living is also there. The beds are soft. The location is convenient. The pools are clean and large. There is a kiosk and a pharmacy and a restaurant nearby. The hostess answered all our questions.

Good place, but better to have a car

Stayed here for a night and everything was exactly as promised. Wifi was very fast. Instructions were very clear. There was ample free street parking everywhere so if you don't like parking in small spaces, you don't even need the assigned spot, but it has one if you prefer that. Would stay here again and wish I stayed longer.

John’s place was an absolute gem—tastefully designed, spotlessly clean, and offering a breathtaking view of the sea. The comfortable furniture and the array of amenities ensured a truly enjoyable stay. Private parking, high standards in every aspect, the stunning view, and the tranquility created an unparalleled value for money. If you’re visiting Pissouri, don’t hesitate to book this place. We’ll definitely be returning!

Beautiful studio apartment. Brand new and superbly located, especially for a lovely 10 to 15 minute walk to Kato Paphos, which means Lower Paphos, and is the harbour area. Couple of excellent shops very close by, for buying provisions for our stay. The service from Estea was first rate, when we did have a minor problem with the lock box. Marios taxis are highly recommended by my wife and I, and Marios is married to the agent for Estea. All in all, a wonderful visit. We will be back. Steve and Barbara McGuigan May 2025.

Our stay at Marianna’s penthouse apartment was excellent. She was an amazing host, quick to respond and very helpful. Breakfast was made in the mornings at 9am which was outstanding. She catered for my partner and I who are vegetarians. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Taxis do need to be booked a little ahead of time if you’re heading out but it’s like this throughout Paphos. p.s private roof pool is as good as the photos
