Apartment holiday rentals in Apia

We can highly recommend the apartment. We rented a car so that we could drive around. That was easier than to walk or taking a bus. The kitchen has everything you need. We had a late check in and check out. This was possible. Thanks for that!

Junior was very responsive at anytime of the day - was very swift when I enquired early hours. Matautualaa and his wife Tala were on hand and resolved any queries we had onsite. We loved our stay here. Leo and Georgina are awesome hosts. Made us feel right at home and very responsive. The house was fully stocked and well maintained. Susie was always there too in case we needed anything. We’ve stayed at a few AirBnBs in Samoa now and this one felt the most homely. It’s close to Apia, private and just what you need to come back to after a day of activities. I fully recommend for families or small groups.

great stay!! the location and unit was clean and easy to find!! we really appreciated Lizzies flexibility in letting us check out later then we were meant to. we loved the dog in the courtyard, super friendly! the bathroom and rooms were great, spacious and clean!! would definitely recommend and look to stay here again when coming to Samoa next time. thankyou!

My stay was absolutely great because the hosts are amazing! Very responsive & such amazing people. The place was exactly how it’s pictured & it was quite bigger than expected. Loved staying with Holiday Home’s & all their properties. Definitely recommend for all travelers ☺️

The studio was great! We really loved the privacy we had during our stay. Made our trip more enjoyable & it felt more safe. The space was perfect for the two of us. Vailima airbnb studio 1 I had a family of 4. 2 adults 2 kids and we fit in just right. My babies first time sleeping overseas so we thought it was going to be difficult for them to settle in but they done just fine which made our stay alot smoother. We loved the studio alot! We just needed it mainly to sleep because we were out the door every morning but when we did have those lazy days in bed we were so comfortable to be there! Everything was perfect, the kitchen appliances were so useful when we needed them. Whatever we needed the host was so responsive. The only thing that was abit tricky for us as a family was the pathway that goes down towards the studio, some nights were too dark so lucky we had bought our flashlights for the kids so they could see. Other than that we loved it so much and can’t wait for our next trip, we’ll be back! 🫶🏽

We had a great time in Samoa! Danira's place was perfect for us! Tidy clean with aircon! And the kids loved the wifi after spending a day out sharing their stories with friends and family back home. We even had hot water which is a real treat after a long day sightseeing swimming and being in the sun all day!! The place was secure and had great staff Susie was so helpful and made us feel welcome and at home!! The cool thing is there are other apartments connected to where we stayed so you could even book there with families if you're going's over with a big trip! Recommend staying here! Great value great service only 5 min out from Apia and seconds from the main road.

Loved it. Spacious, clean, really nice renovations to the kitchen. Great outdoor view from the back deck. Owner was so accommodating in moving me to the Vailima unit as it's ground level and due to my bad ankle.

We were originally booked into the palm studio but arriving late at night and experiencing no sleep due to the upstairs occupants moving around all night long (the ceiling/floor is paper thin) Holiday homes relocated and upgraded us for free to another of their locations (in Lelata) They were super professional and responsive in the matter and went out of their way to accomodate us. Including picking up our bags and taking them to the new location, Ruta one of the house maids went as far as picking us up from town and bringing us back and taking care of us. I wouldn’t recommend the palm studio if you’re looking for a restful spot(unless you took earplugs then it would likely be fine) it’s about a $12 tala taxi ride into Apia The Lelata accommodation was amazing big house a supermarket right out the front, where it’s easy to catch a taxi too. Would highly recommend the area and dealing with Holiday Homes in general Thanks ☺️ will book again if we return

I spent 5 nights at the Holiday Homes Team's Villa-2 and loved it! The space was very comfortable for myself; everything you'd need is readily available - Kitchenette, Laundry, comfy bed, Netflix and a modern shower & bathroom (seemed quite new). The Villa is conveniently located just a short drive from town but away from the hustle and bustle of Apia - lovely neighbourhood, entrance to the villas is well lit and I felt safe being a solo traveler. The detailed instructions provided made for an easy drive to locate the property and check-in which was appreciated as I had arrived after 7pm. There is also a well stocked corner shop a short walk from the property for any essentials needed. The host is super responsive and promptly answered any queries I had. I would definitely book Villa-2 again
