Our house was built in 2018, featured with hydronic heating (floor heating downstairs and panel heating upstairs), evaporative cooling (upstairs ) and aircon downstairs. There is a very spacious living area downstairs and a large play area upstairs for kids. We also have a beautiful backyard, with baby/kids swings, slide, trampoline and cubbyhouse.
