We had a wonderful time at this place. The host was always available on calls and instructed everything really well. Humble, soft spoken, Such a great person the host is. Most important part is the Jacuzzi is available anytime and you get privacy at your place. The Nearest Beach from the stay is Kihim Beach. Also the food here was good, although a bit expensive. Everything is as the description says. overall, Complete 5 stars for the stay and 10 stars for the host 😄.

Gerson was a really good host. Very helpful, cooperative and very friendly. He also guided us to a lot of places. He’ll pick your call even it’s 2 AM and any kind of issues you have, he’s there to help you out of that. Really looking forward to visit the place again and meet the owner. The place was overall a decent property. Food prepared was great. Definitely recommended. The staff were supportive throughout. The owner himself was there during check-in and a true gentleman. There are always chances to improve. The Wi-Fi could have been better.

This cozy villa is nestled in a peaceful spot in South goa, yet conveniently close to the national highway. Apt place for people who are travelling with dogs..Agonda and Palolem beaches are just a stone's throw away. The host Prisca is of great help and very responsive as well. The caretaker is a gem - he cooks delicious food and is always ready to lend a hand. Perfect haven for a relaxing getaway!

Place is admittedly remote but host's inputs and instructions were very helpful. Best to have a personal vehicle while traveling or leave for town in the morning and return in the evening - that way local cabs are available. Host had references for food service providers and kept a reasonably stocked kitchen with tea, sugar and milk. Cooking stove and Ro water were functional. Loo and shower were functional. Remoteness is the charm and host's helpfulness makes things happen.

It was a pleasent stay at Viinod and Beena's place. Me and my wife liked it a lot. The host were very helpful. The walk to the river was very nice and we spent quite some time there at the river till sunset, which felt peaceful and beautiful.

I booked this place for what was an extremely important trip for me and my friends. So we were looking for some place peaceful, memorable and hospitable. To our delight, this property turned out to be all that and much more. Initially, the listing looked too good to be true, especially at the price it was offered. Still I decided to take the leap and made the booking for our long awaited holiday. I'm glad I decided to do that. Right from when I made the booking to the moment we checked out, Rohit, the host, was readily available for any help or assistance. He made sure we had all the details we needed regarding the location, itinerary, cuisines, etc. A big reason for this trip's success was Rohit's impressive hospitality and warmth. The property itself is a great bungalow with two very well designed and equipped rooms, a well groomed lawn and a beautiful terrace. Although a bit remote, the location was easy to find and navigate to. Being right next to the Sula backwaters and vineyards, this is a great location to have peaceful time between open farms and a view of mountains and lakes. The rooms were squeaky clean, exceeding our expectations and had all the amenities mentioned in the listing. However, the show stealer has to be the terrace, which apart from being very well designed, offers a breathtaking view and a sunset to die for. This is something one would otherwise have to pay a lot more for. I'd also especially like to mention the impeccable service provided by the caretakers at the property. They ensured all our needs were catered to and were a big reason why we had a wonderful stay. Their service was nothing short of what one would expect from a luxury hotel. Overall the whole experience offered great value and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who may consider staying here.

Pratit's place is overwhelming in its beauty and serenity - words fail me when I try to describe how absolutely breathtaking the experience was. The rooms are well equipped, with a private bathroomworh high pressure shower for each room. Each room has a separate entrance, the upper floor has a common outdoor area, perfect to enjoy the view. The lower floor has a functional kitchen which you barely need to use as the team or Subramanium and Sudha take care of your every need without you needing to lift a finger. Don't go here if you are looking for digital entertainment or loud music/television. it's the spot to read, to watch birds (flocks of them, my binoculars were well used), to take calm walks and to watch the fish jump. For a lakeside location, the rooms are also well maintained, with minimum invasion of insects or moths. We really could not expect better. A special mention for dog lovers - your dog couldn't be happier and the people could not be friendlier to your pet.

I recently stayed at this hosteller hotel and was absolutely blown away with sun rise and sun set both from one place by the experience. Nestled in the heart of nature, the surroundings were serene, lush, and incredibly peaceful—perfect, couded by mountain and dam water for anyone looking to escape the chaos of city life. Waking up to the sound of birds and a view of the forest was pure bliss. The room itself was spotless, cozy, well equipped, ambianced, glorious architect room and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the room service. The staff was prompt, professional, and consistently delivered delicious meals with a smile. Every request was met with warmth and efficiency.

We loved the place, it’s right across the street from the beach and road facing! Easy access and instructions to check-in. Friendly host!

I must say we had a wonderful time at the property. We (me and my wife) work and we were looking for some peace and tranquility. We got both, thank you for having nice caretakers at the place too. Overall we have decided to come back again 😀

The first thing you notice when you reach the property or on your way to the property is how close it is to the waterfront, and the fact that the boating and other activities are literally within 5 mins distance. But more importantly, the place is so beautiful, the deck at the entrance of the house was the place we spent so much time at, because of all the trees planted within the property which led to birds of all kinds coming to peck the flowers. The main house contains a double bed, spacious sitting and a large very airy space. The TV isn't much usable but then you didn't come here to watch the TV, now did you? There is another room across the property which also has a double bed, and basic amenities. There is a lawn in between both rooms and also a net to play badminton. All in all, just loved the location of the property and the house itself was so beautifully done, we stayed 2 days and enjoyed our time to the fullest. Planning another trip with friends soon

The stay was absolutely amazing. Mohit was super helpful and is just a call away for anything. Super responsive and helpful. Helped us with any issues that we had. The place as exactly like the pictures, very peaceful and comfortable. The location is also great as the beach is just a 5-7 min ride away. Amazing experience staying here. Anyone who wants to stay in Mandrem, this place will not disappoint.

The stay is like an oasis of nature in the middle of city chaos. The interiors are also equally beautiful and aesthetic. And ofcourse the couple are so warm and loving. Location is super close to many goods restaurants in Candolim and also the beach. All in all highly recommend and coming back definitely Adrian:)!

Ana’s place is located right in the heart of the Vagator, all popular clubs are at a walking distance which makes it a desirable property to stay in. I was there for just two days but had a wonderful time staying there. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

My stay was quite comfortable - with the pool and easy access to Hollant beach being the highlights. Nurio (caretaker) was lovely and the hosts were quite helpful and responsive - highly recommend!

My recent stay at Chipmunk Cottage in Mumbai was an absolutely delightful experience, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The moment you step off the ceaseless rush on Mumbai streets and into the bungalow's compound, you're immediately enveloped in a blissful silence. One is transported to a peaceful, almost beach-like setting, this unexpected tranquility is a rare find. Done in minimalist design, aesthetic & functional, making it an easy & comfortable. The well-made kitchen counter especially stood out, with thoughtful attention to detail. They've created an easy & intuitive living space Location: all the essentials – supermarkets and pharmacies, Cafes & bars are 5 mins of walking distance. What truly elevates the experience is the host& the interior designer. They are Delightfully accommodating & helpful with requests, making you feel genuinely cared for throughout your stay. I'm already looking forward to my next chance to stay at Chipmunk Cottage. It's a true gem!
