I had a very good stay, enjoying various sports in the large artificial lawn garden.

It was a very beautiful and lovely home, partly because it had just opened.The design of the house, the furniture, and the appliances, all of them were well thought out, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.Also, the host's response was quick and kind, which was helpful.Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

We loved our stay! It was a peaceful neighbourhood amongst locals & only a short walk to the train stations & local food on the Ginza strip😍 House is beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was so good for us to cook as we have children. The area is very safe and people are friendly. Host is very helpful & always responds very quickly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😊

Around the house, the floor plan and interior, it was an atmosphere and environment where you can fully enjoy your vacation. The response from the host was always quick and helpful.We also had a good time with access to nearby activities.

There may not be a better place for value-minded families who still want a nice space! The hosts made our stay special by offering local suggestions and providing outstanding communication. I can’t say enough good things! The rail station is close enough to hop on and take to the next station over which includes options for both airport and Tokyo access. There are a variety of good places to eat and convenience/grocery stores for basic needs. A small park is walking distance as well. The space is very comfortable and was a welcome sight returning from trips around the city, and we felt refreshed after each morning. Lots of kitchen equipment for coffee and tea with all the pans and appliances needed for a longer stay. Don’t hesitate to reserve this one early, it was worth everything we paid and more!

Clean, affordable, and 20 min walk to any station

first we chose this place bcs it has early check in at 03.00 pm and later check out at 12.00 pm, no other place offers this. after interacting, Sayo is very friendly and easy to talk to. They even provided us with a baby chair and offered a baby crib 🥰 the place is very quiet, it's usually difficult for my baby to nap by herself but in Sayo's place, she slept soundly during the day and at night so mama papa could rest a lot too 😃 the host is very thoughtful to label everything we need at the house in English ❤️ lastly, it's very spacious. we could open 3 big suitcases at the same time!

The host is very welcoming and responds promptly to questions, the railway theme is very unique, very wonderful.

Anyway, it was a clean space in every corner of the room, and it was a very good impression for us with our children. The mattress was also comfortable, and I personally had a picture book, a baby chair, and a baby bath, which was very helpful. The host is very responsive and very polite. They also handled it flexibly when there were changes to this flight time. At one point, the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so be careful for elderly people who need to climb stairs. It is located about 5 minutes by taxi from Ueno Station, but it is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it is recommended for those who want to relax with their family. Thank you very much. Even though I arrived much earlier than the scheduled check-in time, I was able to put down my luggage and enjoy my trip comfortably thanks to the kind guidance. The accommodation was a little far from the center of Tokyo, but it was located within walking distance of the subway station, so there was no inconvenience. Each room was equipped with all the necessary items, towels, and even a bathroom, so we were able to enjoy a trip with a large groups very satisfactorily. The host was very quick to respond, was friendly, and the cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect. This is a recommended accommodation for your trip to Tokyo. I was able to finish the trip satisfactorily.😃

Kiyoka place is the best Rb&b. I stayed there for 4 night. My family feel like we are staying at nice hotel everything is perfect no complain the location only 100 meter from Keisei Takasago station. We will come back to stay at Kiyoka place if i visit Japan again.

Chika’s place is so nice and clean, it’s the best little cute house ever, cozy warm and full of love. We enjoyed all the little details of this house! It locates at a very quiet little street, surrounded by a lovely neighborhood walking distance to MTR and convenient stores. My family really had great time here, my kids loved it so much! Definitely feeling like my home@Tokyo, and lastly I am very appreciated for gift and the hand-written warm greeting from Chika!

Accommodation in a quiet area, a little secluded but with good communication, spacious and with all the amenities.

This is our second time staying at Shu/Zen House, and once again, it truly feels like a home away from home! Everything was just as great as before. The space is much more generous than a hotel room, and it’s conveniently located near great food spots and a nice supermarket. The host is, as always, very kind and responsive. We’ll definitely make this our top choice whenever we visit Tokyo!

Fantastic host and house. We had a great time at Tokyo and the location was convenient to a local train station (about 5min walk). There are food options and family mart nearby too. Tomohito also responded quickly to any queries we had prior to the trip. Thank you!

Space accommodated our group well. Very detailed instructions on how to use all appliances which were very helpful. Good AC, which was important because Tokyo was hot that week. Host helped us coordinate with a vendor for airport transportation and a day trip to Mt. Fuji which was convenient and worked really well. We were a big group -14 people- so next time I will ask a host if we can get cleaning services every few days. It’s hard to share 2 showers and 2 toilets with that many people for a week without housekeeping. Not a criticism at all, just an idea to share with others. Would recommend this property to families or groups!
