We are located in the village of Varnice, at the foot of the Ostrvica mountain, about 90 minutes away from Belgrade. The ground floor of the house consists of a kitchen and living room, bathroom and terrace, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms, a hallway and a bathroom. The total accommodation capacity is 7 people. We're pet-friendly. At an additional cost, we serve traditional Šumadija specialties made from local organic ingredients. The Ostrvica mountain, a natural monument of volcanic origin, is very popular, and at its top are the remains of a castle built in the 15th century.

The property is a great option for winter days and on the first and second level there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and comfortable furniture and there is a covered balcony with a wonderful view of the greenery and Kosmaj mountain. For complete relaxation, guests have at their disposal a mini spa area that includes a sauna and a jacuzzi tub.
