Apartment holiday rentals in Aransas County

I was so impressed and plan to use them again on our annual trip to Port Aransas. I can't recommend this condo enough. just a fantastic place to stay.

my family and I loved this place . already planning on going back. pool what kept up, with, grass was nice and thick. the dock was a wounder place to chill and fish. only bad thing to say was the night green light didn't work the breaker would jump think there was a short.

We loved the place! Rose was super helpful with great communication and we felt right at home. The balcony was the best part.

After months of hard work mikes places is exactly what I needed for me and my family , watching the sunrise with a coffee was great but the late night fishing was everything, overall my family had a wonderful time

This was such a great location. It was very peaceful, pool and docks were within in feet of the condo. Pictures do not do justice for how cute this condos is! It is a single floor condo, no stairs to climb, which was great for my mom! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us! The teenagers loved the location, they were never bored! ! The host was awesome and very responsive, esp for a same day book and check-in! One of our best vacation spots! Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

Perfect place for our little family. Our toddler loved the pool and my husband loved the pier! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The location is so close to everything! We were even able to walk to church on Sunday. We would definitely recommend Christin's place and look forward to staying again.

I would highly recommend staying at Sea Mist 156 if you have the opportunity. One of the first things that hit me when I was unpacking was how clean and well-maintained it is. The oversized towels were a highlight – very soft and absorbent. Internet service was great, and the air conditioner and ceiling fans were exactly what I needed after a hot, sweaty day outdoors. Air conditioning is always one of the top priorities wherever I stay, and this particular condo’s was quiet and efficient. Although I ate all my meals while staying there at various restaurants, the condo’s kitchen appeared to be supplied with everything I would have needed to make meals there. The condo’s location was perfect for driving to the beach, restaurants, Fisherman’s Wharf, and grocery or hardware stores. Hopefully, I can come back to Port Aransas soon, and if I do, Sea Mist 156 will be my first choice for lodging. Overall, it’s a great value for the price!

We had a great stay at Kenny's place. He's the consummate host, proactively providing restauraunt recommendations and even messaging us that we were free to check-in early! He also warmly welcome our dog. The condo is in a great location, spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend it.

Easily walkable to just about anywhere in town if you so choose. We walked to the beach daily. Plenty of beach shops nearby. Reasonable price for the location. We will definitely stay here again.

First time using an air b and b, was very skeptical but this was a great experience. Location was great, super easy access to the pool and outdoor grill, an easy walk to the beach along a well kept trail through the dunes, the place was clean and plenty of room and essentials. The host was amazing, we left something there after we checked out and drove home and she mailed it to us very quickly. Will use this b and b again

Very clean place. We didn’t have any problems other than a remote not working and they came out quickly. The remote still didn’t work but I think it was a miscommunication between us. It was no big deal though. We had the best time at this property and will definitely be back.

We love this place. The people managing the property are hardworking and kind. The pool and landscaping maintenance is excelente and you can easily walk to the beach. We had an awesome time. Ekaterina was always available for any questions. Also love how well equipped is the apartment.

The place was very nice and looked almost new. This is wintertime and it was very warm and sealed up. The location and view was very nice as was the the outdoor and indoor furniture. It rained one day but it didn't matter, we sat inside and enjoyed the home.

Thank you for helping to make our visit to Port A so wonderful! Your condo was prime location. You have furnished it so cute and all the toys and games make it feel like home away from home. We definitely will be booking again! And your AC was one of the best ever! I also appreciate your quick answers to my questions and all the was you helped us out. ❤️

Great little place to stay in Port A. The condo was very nice and very close to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. The added golf cart made the trip. We took morning golf cart cruises to the marina and beach each morning. We were also surprised with credit towards beach gear. Chairs and an umbrella were delivered to our condo at no extra charge. We will definitely be staying here again… in fact we didn’t want to leave.

The scenery was breathtaking! The pictures don’t do it justice. The last morning there we saw Dolphins from the porch, we ran down to the pier to get a closer look. Pier had a fish station and benches, and lights for night time It was peaceful, and the place was immaculately clean. There is a small road between the condo, and ocean however there is not many cars just mostly golf carts and people walking and jogging on it.  Everything we needed including an extra chair in the closet. They had everything there for cooking you would need. Lots of dog friendly restaurants in Rockport including a dog beach. Love that they had a washer and dryer. We put all the wet clothes in after we came back from the beach. Doggy station right in the front so not far. Love that it was dog friendly, but you wouldn’t have even known there has been dogs there because it was so clean!! Communication was great! We had a great time! Beds were comfortable. Thank you! Definitely coming back!

Amazing space definitely worth the stay. Slight distance from major locations in the area but peaceful and serene. Neighbors were nice & we enjoyed every bit of it. Clean, very nicely decorated, and beautiful inside and out.

Maura place well well equipped with snacks and extra water plenty of items to cook and make the stay feel more like your at home comfortable bed and living room are would highly recommend for small family close to downtown Fulton and nightlife and fishing pier

We had a fantastic stay at Troy’s condo for a weekend getaway during the Fulton Oyster Fest! The condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival, making it a comfortable and welcoming space to relax. The neighborhood was peaceful, allowing us to unwind after a fun day at the festival. The location was great—just a short drive to Rockport, Fulton, local restaurants, and the beach. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area while still being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Troy was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and ensuring we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a relaxing and convenient Rockport getaway!

The condo was very nice. Right next to waterfront with fishing piers. There is also a pool for swimming. I was there for mainly fishing. The piers had good access. The neighbors in the complex were friendly. The condo had very good appliances and supplies for cooking. It’s has good proximity to HEB for food supplies. Also the property is near Fulton fishing pier and Goose Island State park if you want bigger piers. But I still caught plenty of catfish from the private piers in the complex. I recently stayed at this beach condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the easy beach access — a short walk down the beach access boardwalk. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

Great place, great location, beautiful surroundings. Convenient place to launch the boat. Located near good food and y be able to find anything you need

Highly recommend this place and a great fishing spot right outside the back door. My family and I will be back.
