Located halfway between Bordeaux and the Arcachon basin on the CapFerret road in a natural area of pines, the Eugénie hut perched at 6 m high on a century-old oak tree can accommodate 2 p. It is insulated heated with a bathroom and WC. Breakfast included. Optional Jacuzzi at 50 euros on the terrace,private and unlimited illuminated at night with multicolored LEDs. Bathrobes provided. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa bed 2 places and a flat screen. The linen is provided.
