This 1 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen cottage is located at Ballard RV Park, a small quiet park located off I-70 at exit 187, 35 miles from Moab. There is an Exxon/7-11 right at the exit. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. We are 10 miles north of some of the best & well preserved Dinosaur tracks in the world and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
