For the hikers among us, the possibilities are endless. For the horseback riders, there is a riding school a few kilometers away. There is also a courtyard for 2 vehicles, a 30 M2 terrace.

The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Gîte du Marronnier de Montrouge 10 min to Futuroscope

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km).
