Spread over XX floors, it has two double rooms, one king size and one twin room, all with private bathrooms with bath and walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a lounge with a fireplace and large windows. The elevated gardens overlook the complex and offer spectacular views of the village of Arcos de la Frontera. The interiors are tastefully furnished and designed by the complex's own designers and are contemporary in style.

The only shared area is the swimming pool and it’s surrounding garden. The pool is set away from the house in the larger grounds at 1-2 minute’s walk The owners may use the pool occasionally .There are cats on the property.
