There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

The house consists of a kitchen open to the dining room, a double living room that opens to a large terrace, overlooking 2000 m2 of garden, it is not uncommon to see squirrels play there. Two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms composed of double beds one of which is equipped with a crib. The area is conducive to various activities and visits (hiking, biking , canoeing, climbing, arcy caves, castles, wine cellars, etc.) A real haven of peace to gather with family or friends.

Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 as well as a pull-out bed 160 x 200. A landscaped exterior, dining area and space for two vehicles. Village served by SNCF, small Proxi business in the heart of it. Located 30 km from Auxerre and 20 km from Vézelay, the start of the historic Compostela Way.
