Attached to the main cottage, it is totally self-contained, with access to the garden and dedicated large patio for guests. The accommodation is pet friendly with amazing views.

Wonderful period home in Perthshire in the Scottish Highlands, in a stunningly special romantic location on Loch Earn. Great for a 1-2 week holiday, or for a short break. Walking, watersports, etc - or just relaxing! Excellent location for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - Edinburgh or Glasgow 75 minute drive. Lovely year round – in summer, south facing sun and dining on the decking; in winter, walks and warming by the log fire. Wonderful views always!

The Warren

The Warren is a luxurious underground cave house, located in a secluded hillside on the north side of Loch Tay. Built in true hobbit style with oodles of character, it is set in the hillside with grass roof and exterior, huge circular porthole windows and magnificent curved doors! Access to the house is over a little wooden bridge across a bubbling stream and it has a private hot tub outside set into the spacious patio overlooking the river pond & private garden. Welcome to our Cabin on the Loch. Our custom built cabin on stilts over the pristine Loch Venachar. Situated in the heart of the Trossachs, not far from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling. It is a totally private secret escape. This is truly a place to relax and to get away from it all. Just sit on the deck, or take a stroll along the banks of the Loch. The cabin sleeps 2 people and is totally private. A wonderful location for fishing, walking and cycling, (or just chilling).
